“From beginning to end, my experience with John Thomas Jewelers was fantastic. I intended to create a new ring for my wife from her original wedding ring. Lara and Christine were able to guide me in creating what turned out to be a a ring that exceeded my expectations.”
“I love Crown they gave me the best prices on my native American Jewelry when I sold to them as well as when I have bought from them . They have a great team of employees and Emilio was awesome !”
“Lee Michaels was able to successfully complete a repair other jewelers could not, at a very reasonable cost. Staff were professional, patient and personable.
Thank you!”
“Mark Diamond's has restored my faith in customer service. I walked in with a bag of inherited jewelry, Sydney was terrific!! She patiently went through the pieces with me, helping to determine what to alter for daily wear and what to contribute towards a pair of custom rings!! Their work is top notch professional...they also continued to make adjustments after delivery of a couple items, not based on any mistakes, but rather my own personal preferences, and they did this happily!! I absolutely recommend reaching out to this jeweler for custom work and/or repairs!!”
“I've known Lonnie for 40 years? I'm pleased with the quality of work that he does Stone setting in jewelry is just excellent? I wouldn' take it anywhere else? I give him 11?”
“Friendly - Knowledgeable - Helpful - followed through in a timely manner. This is a one-of-a-kind store that leaves you wanting more. Fantastic and you feel comfortable.”
“Nice little shop with a variety of sculptures, books, candles, stones, incense, essential oils, perfumes... Some cute little stickers and patches and things of that nature as well. My girlfriend loves this place and I like to come with just because it is such a pleasant environment.”
“Fantastic Native American jewelry store! I was looking to purchase a gift for my daughter’s birthday and walked out with two pieces for her and two for myself. The owner and staff were very helpful. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.”

“I've been buying jewelry here for a very long time. The experience is always wonderful. Whether I just want to quietly browse, or I have something specific in mind, the experience is genuinely pleasant. The selection is not overwhelming, it's beautifully organized, and the sales staff are very knowledgeable. If they don't have exactly what you are looking for, or you want to design something unique, they work hard to make sure you are satisfied.”
“This is a very interesting, unique and authentic witchcraft store that is hard to find in the city. Here you will find an authentic place to find all your witchcraft needs. There are candles and a variety of accessories for your practice. I encourage you to come visit and explore!”
“This is literally the best place to get rocks and crystals!! The stuff is so Nice and the selection is really big. You can't Walk in here and not want to buy literally everything ❤️❤️❤️”
“The best experience selling jewelry !!! After getting an initial quote I tried to sell online but shortly discovered selling anything online is an absolute nightmare!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND National jewelry Byers they are honest and fair they treat you like family! Seriously best experience ever selling something”
“Always learn something when I visit this store. I always feel like I’m not being ripped off when I purchase and get a fair deal when I sell. The owner doesn’t make you think you don’t know anything and he doesn’t tell you what you have to sell is junk. He is very respectful and this is a great place to learn if you are a casual collector like me..”
“I altered my late grandmother's ring to fit me and reduced the band thickness and it turned out so beautiful! Exactly what I wanted. Maurice was very great.”
“Authentic and unique Native-made jewelry! I had a wonderful shopping experience here. Kathleen was personable and very patient while my mom and I tried on (and retried) countless beautiful rings. We walked away with one each and the best part was learning about the artist and turquoise type. Thank you!”
“This store always has a lot to choose from. Sales people are polite & helpful - never pushy. Items from beautiful Native American jewelry to books on the SW, authentic pottery and Kuchina's. Good sales!”
“This place has the cutest local items. What I like about here that is different from all the other tourist type places that rep New Mexico clothing and articles is that this is a little bit more modern. I have taken my family to a few places and it's usually like a Ziae symbol or a roadrunner. This place has cute shirts that have Sasquatch and aliens being sucked up into spaceships and also Zia symbols. I guarantee you can find something for someone who's visiting from out of state or even just rep your own state. The items are a little bit more on the costly side but I think you get what you pay for because the quality is pretty good. I have had jackets, leggings, and shirts from there that have lasted years without any fading or tearing.”
“Kay is integrity personified. She takes the time to listen to your ideas. She’s always concerned to give you the BEST value for your money. I asked her about sizing down an engagement ring and she said she didn’t like to take gold away and suggested a ring tightener. She designed a pendant to match a pair of earrings I bought in a museum in Chicago. I LOVE the set!”

“Possibly the best art gallery in town! Not just Old Town! I love the curated collections they choose to exhibit, and I've even bought one painting called "El Pescado" by Rachel Tapia recently. You could also buy different flavors of sparkling water, candles, soap, cards, and more! Run, don't walk, to visit a staple of Albuquerque! It's also connected to Noisy Water Winery. If you get wine, you can bring it into the gallery!”
“I brought a necklace here for repair after waiting nearly four weeks at another local jeweler's without success. Pat promptly fixed it within an hour. Both he and his wife were friendly and helpful. Excited to come back again soon!”
“Very friendly and helpful owner offering affordable services. Brought in an old, inherited ring to be resized. Was absolutely stunned by how beautiful it was after the resizing and cleaning he did! Thank you so much!”
“Worked with Aaron to electroless nickel plate copper parts that we couldn’t get done properly in Arizona, he finished the parts and sent inspections sheets confirming the plating thickness we needed. We have been using theta plate for the last 2 years I’m confident that our parts will come back and be exactly to spec.”
“This is the ONLY place to buy a NEW Omega watch in NM. Large selection of Omega watches and very knowledgeable. I have been looking at Omega for 3 years and finally made my purchase at Mati! Great experience. Omega Authorized Dealer.”

“The Silver Owl is a wonderful place to purchase jewelry and also to have jewelry (both fine and costume) repaired. I've been a Silver Owl customer for about 15 years, and the quality of the work they do and the customer service are top-notch. Highly recommend.”
“Lots of places to shop in Old Town Albuquerque, but if you're looking for souvenirs, please make this your primary stop. Amazing shop! From cheap to extravagant. Unique to just what you're looking for. And the service is more than check out! Bought all my souvenirs here!”
“They charged me gratuity on a transaction where all I bought were some lip rings. Super weird considering I was not asked if I wanted to give a tip, when they told me the price it was before hand. Yeah it was only like 3 bucks but still not cool. Pay attention to your card transactions here especially if they're not informing you of an ATM card fee like most places that use square or other card readers.”
“Dave was awesome. I went in to have my engagement ring repaired there because of this 5 star rating. Even though sign on door said they weren't taking on any new repairs until they completed what they already had, Dave said he'd look at my ring, which was very kind. He ended up offering to repair it and did it in a very timely”
“Jose was awesome! My wife and I have been coming to Kay for over ten years and he was by far the best person we have ever worked with. Thank you Jose for excellent customer service and honesty! We appreciate it!”
