I am not exaggerating there were over 50 people in line when I called the manager up and the excuses were they had 3 employees and the Wyoming store was closed. It's not fair to the ONE cashier and she is going to get burned out because they can't pay their employees. If a store is closed they should be able to give hours to the other store. What an awfully cheap company. I WILL NEVER GO BACK Micheal's is going to get my business from now on.

Store hours are innacurate. I showed up 30 minutes before closing for some ribbon and they were closed. Hours posted online and on the store says it should be open until 8pm.

pretty disappointed, walked in the store At 5:26pm As soon as I walked in, the cashier said they were closing in 20 minutes and the cutting station will be closing in 10 minutes, I don’t understand why they would be open till six if you can’t get fabric cut.

***Poor Management *** Poor Customer Service ***The Slowest Cashiers***
I came here and the line always has at least 7-10 people waiting in line with one SLOW CASHIER, attempting to check everyone out.
They need to manage this. It’s ridiculous.

Tried calling the store to see if they have dabbers.Bingo dabbers on the phone for 30 minutes.Got transfer to the customer service.They wanted to transfer me back to the store worst phone system in the world. I just hung up.I'll go somewhere else..

Three employees in the store, all acting like they didn't want to be there and had no interest in customers. I've seen bad service but this one takes the cake. Not only will I not return, which I'm sure will please them, but I certainly don't recommend anyone else go there unless you really want to leave feeling lower than when you went in. Disgraceful.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Store seemed cluttered and after driving 80+ miles to find a Joanne's... Having the bathrooms out of order was a downer.
