“This review is long overdue. I have been coming here for years. Michael in the pool department is the best in the business. Sodeco installed the soft water in my house over a decade ago and it still works great. There is a reason Sodeco is the place that hotels go to for all their pool needs as well as soft water!”

“I have seen these towels and decor around for a few years now. The designs/company are at the Lavender Fest, Balloon Fiesta, Los Poblanos, in Santa Fe, Etsy, etc. I love them. They show New Mexico's beautiful art and tradition with the designs. I also like how they support Los Poblanos as much as they do. My only "iffiness" is how expensive everything is. A towel alone is 14$. Tote bags are 28$. The items on the tables are usually even more. I call these tourist prices but.. as much as I don't like looking at the card machine when everything is getting rang up... This is the place to go. There is a gift for everyone and you are supporting a local business. So when I am walking out, I know that it was so much better to shop here and choose colorful gifts over franchise items.”

“The owner of this place was so helpful and accommodating when my project dragged on and took a couple of turns. I needed a very specific size of granite, and he found the perfect piece, trimmed it and polished it for what I felt was more than a reasonable price. I dont know much about granite, but he seemed to have a beautiful selection.”

“We had a wonderful experience with the Bathfitters installation It was a challenge with our older bath/shower and converting to a brand new walk in shower the installer was excellent was so knowledgeable. At
the end the installer throughly talked slowly showed my husband (who has Parkinson’s) how the new shower works I really appreciated how he spoke directly to my husband and used his name Looks beautiful in our house and will be safer for my husband to use My husband was very impressed with the quality of the material used and he is a retired contractor Be sure our installer know how happy we are with him!!!!!!”

“It's Monday, and I need a bathtub and valves by Saturday- haven't even thought about all the hardware, fixtures, and sinks! I am thankful for Hannah Hughes at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. I am sensitive to knowing and expecting "KIND customer service". Hannah spent at least 2 hours helping me not only get what I needed for Saturday, but working with me patiently, without a goal to "make a sale". She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and she gave me some great ideas and advice- she is so knowledgeable of all aspects of her work. And patience galore! She got my bathtub delivered the next day and had me jot down the questions I needed to ask our builder regarding sinks, faucets and lighting. In the end..... “We knew we were interested in Toto toilets and made a list of dealers in Albuquerque. Ferguson’s was the first place we went to look. There we met Hannah Hughes. We looked at several toilets and Hannah gave me a printout detailing our favorite one. The next day I went back alone to find out more. Hannah guided me around the lovely showroom, answering all my questions. I was impressed with her expertise and vast knowledge of the products. She was a whiz on the computer. When I showed her a picture of our bathroom, Hannah immediately recognized the name and manufacturer of my toilet - which blew my mind! She was very gracious, upbeat and helpful comparing the different faucets, locating a small sink and writing up my order. She talked to me at length about the best way to have it delivered to my house. Initially I had thought I’d wait to look at other dealers, but Hannah was so thorough that I decided to simply go ahead and make my order. She assured me she would be tracking the delivery to my house and gave me a bottle of water. It was one of the best experiences buying a large item I’ve ever had. When I told my husband about how great it was, he said, “If we were still in business, we would have tried to hire her”.”
“I send a 5 stars to trademark for the most unprofessional, careless and inconsiderate business in Albuquerque, I work in the restaurant business for over 50 years and I finally get the worse company to work with.I buy used equipmentone six burners stove top with ovenoven never worksone six burners, griddle 2 oventwo burners and one oven not workingone four drawers refrigerated tableone drawer no railing, cant close properly can't get at the right temperatureone 2 doors refrigerated bar cooler can't get the right temperatureone stand up one door freezer almost new, that's workone stock pot burnerone of the burner was not connecteda wooden tableonly the top was cleaned but forget to clean under and the dirty legsI am waiting now for 3 months for half of the equipment to be fixed.I was nice to trademark to wait and open my business with half of functioning equipment. one of his tech came to resolve some problemsnow holidays are coming with 2 oven not working, still lighting two burners with lighter, I have to fix the cooler thru another company at my cost. Trademark avoid my calls for 3 months now. “The granite has been installed and is beautiful! Very pleased with the entire process at Granite Connection. Jackie was knowledgeable and professional, Salvadore, the owner insured everything went smoothly. They seem to have state of the art technology so once they had the template, I could see on the computer the piece of granite and decide which pieces went where. The granite fit like a glove. They were able to get my small project done quickly. Highly recommend.”
