A certain person at paseo store on register is soooo unfriendly- even the other register people are wary of her.. however , DEBBIE at returns is over the top friendly and kind- wish they would put her on front registers and get rid of the other!

Although everyone was quite pleasant, I do have a problem w/Kohl's policy. There were very soft socks, 2 in a pack, on clearance for 5.99. I grabbed 2. But I noticed that one pack was marked 7.99. I thought it was a misprint so I asked and was told that they were more because that was a more POPULAR COLOR!
Maybe I'm old school, but I find that rather insulting and ridiculous.
I also entered my e mail to get a 15% discount but I couldn't because the socks were on clearance. I had other purchases and spent $50. I wish I had thought to pay for them separately to get the 15% off my other items.
Since then I have been inundated w/e mails. Some spam and some phishing.
I unsubscribed and will more than likely not return.

The racial profiling was so obvious, shopping was so uncomfortable. Every time I turned around there they were. I wasn't even done shopping- wanted to look at blankets and pillows but I couldn't take it anymore. I paid for what I had and left. Spent close to $200 and I'm seriously considering returning it all on principle. People who steal come in all shades and people of color have plenty of money to spend, so stop with the stereotyping. While I was being followed a white person was probably stealing whatever they wanted.

The staff I interacted with in “customer service” here today were a disappointment. Resistant to helping me with a simple exchange of my child’s shoes. They seemed to take everything I said as a personal offense. They spoke to me with unwarranted disrespect. Sad to think it was because I look different. But I really couldn’t explain the immediate hostility otherwise.

I like Kohl's and can usually find one or two cute things every time I shop there. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for today but bought two gifts for the family on sale for Black Friday!

The staff could be a bit more helpful and more customer service oriented, as they are quite rude and
uninviting. The lines are a nightmare but their clearance is a great deal and they have a large selection for the entire family. Store is well organized and laid out.

Went to Kohls today to return some shirts that didn’t fit the person I bought them for. The gal at the “customer service” center was less than pleasant. I was next in line and she proceeded to take a phone call which is fine, but she wasn’t nice to that person so I was like this is going to be fun. She didn’t greet me ask me what I needed just looked at me. I said I have an online return. I paid with my kohls card and the website says I won’t need anything if I paid with my kohls card. She asked me for the order number, which I wasn’t sure if I had, but I looked on my phone and I had it. I wasn’t sure where to look for the order number so I told her I don’t think it’s on here. She says well it should be at the top so I just showed her it and she said yeah there it is. Then there were no tags on the clothes that is how I receive them So instead of her, looking up the SKU numbers, I had to go through my phone and pull up all of the SKU numbers for her and give them to her. All of this would’ve been fine if she was a pleasant person to deal with she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice evening. She just said here’s your receipt and I left. So rude.

Very rude employee, abby specifically. There were no employees in the shoe department. Employees didn’t know where merchandise was and expected customers to get out of line and look for it with no help then get back in line IF they could find it. Apparently they “didn’t know where their manager was” even though they wear microphones and earpieces. Try working on your customer service.
