Today I stopped in to look for some white crocs, that was said the store had them available! All though I could not find any, I started to look at the cool stuff they had on clearance which was nice! I tried on a pair of boots and yelled help cause I could not get them off as my left leg is still recovering from being broken, a gentleman by the name of Markus asked me if I need help?His quick response was amazing almost like the flash from marvels! I told him I couldn’t get the boot off and he just made sure I was ok the whole time! So thank you Markus for your care and concern!!!
I would definitely note that this store as all stores profile each and everyone that walks in!! Just somthing I noticed

Nike shoes fell apart right away. By the time we noticed my Dad trying to glue them back together we were just outside of the return period. I wish I could post a pic of the faulty stitching.

The store is well laid out with amazing staff.
Debbie ran the return department by herself. She was so fun, friendly, positive, efficient and professional! We enjoyed watching her work with others as we stood in line,too.
She is amazing and we are still smiling since our interaction! Kudos to the supervisor as well! This store is top notch

It’s such a pleasure to shop at Kohl’s!
My cashier mentioned that if I used my Kohl’s card, I would get an additional 30% off of my purchase… How amazing is that?! What a blessing to help save money for their customers! My sincerest appreciation to Kohls for instilling great customer service in their employees! Way to go y’all!

I will probably return my purchase tomorrow, just out of spite
The cashier was goddamn obnoxious. Would not take NO for an answer when offering me a kohls card. Literally had to tell him to shut up or I am not completing my purchase
I will never spend money here again. Worst checkout experience ever

I haven't been to the Westside Kohl's in years! I will say I think I will be driving over here every time! It was super clean, neat, organized, the staff were friendly and helpful!
