Have bought from La-z-boy before with no issues. This time is the worst bought a recliner massage chair over $2000 and it's a LEMON!!!! I have sat in it a total of an hour and it has broken twice. Trying to find a solution I no longer want the chair it's not worth it and I shouldn't have to have it repaired in the 1st week of having it. Customer service was not helpful!!! Put on hold for over an hour by the manager of the warehouse. Called from another line and found they were closed for lunch, she left me on hold and never came back. I have never had such h poor service!!!

We stopped by to look at sofas. Great timing because they were having a sale. The sales folks were helpful and not pushy. They offered to help and when we said we were browsing they left us alone. I think my husband sat on every sofa on sale as well as many others. We nailed to down to 2 and the sales guy came over and answered all our questions. We had a good experience.

We purchased a recliner from the San Mateo store last week. For the price of the product, delivery really should be free. Instead, it was $150 and we had to agree to be home between 9am - 6pm as we wouldn't learn of our delivery window until the day before. I received a call the day before and a recording said "there has been an error" and then hung up. I reverse dialed and was able to reach the distribution warehouse and get my delivery window. When I notified them that their automated call system was clearly having problems, the woman on the phone didn't really care. So 4 or 5 stars for the chair and the purchase experience in store, but 2 stars for the $150 delivery with the ridiculously long window. After shopping at Ethan Allen for other furniture pieces (where delivery is free and they work with your schedule to coordinate delivery), it really stood out how poor the delivery experience was here.

Gerald at the store was great! But the distribution warehouse made us wait 2.5 hours then another half hour one we got there. They tried to tell us there was an issue with our order but it was not even our order! The girl at the front desk should be fired!

Great delivery team! The guys were very professional and took great care in placing my beautiful furniture in just the right place.Lazboy is the best place in Albuquerque to purchase fine furniture. It's been a great experience throughout the entire buying process!

The delivery went perfectly! Items were brought in with care. They placed items and took away all trash. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was the best delivery I have ever experienced. The guys were very professional and pleasant to deal with!THANK YOU, LA-Z-BOY!!!

We had two separate deliveries. Every purchased item was delivered as scheduled. The distribution center staff was excellent and responsive to our concerns. I would use La-Z-Boy again.

They sold me a $2500 chair that broke after 7 months. Been trying to get it fixed for months. Repair person has been out three times and it still doesn’t work. It’s been at least 8 weeks that I’ve been trying to get this chair fixed with no resolution.

Review on Brandon and repair service:Brandon arrived as expected. He was friendly and customer service skills were excellent. He assessed what needed to be repaired, replaced the part and was finished in less than 5 minutes. I would tell you he represents La-Z-Boy in an outstanding manner. Thanks Brandon

My husband and I first tried the Rio Rancho location....this was an ordeal in itself! They sold us a chair, which ended up being defective from the word go. Wouldn't really work with us on a deal for the floor model...since it was the only one left. We then went to the San Mateo location. We found the EXACT same chair, only a different model name. We paid cash for this one (also)....and were told " we have 3 in the warehouse". This turned into a nightmare also! The "3 they had" were the 2 floor models and the broken one in the warehouse. The saleswoman then got an attitude because she "already gave us 20% off"....which is what they give EVERYONE. Long story short....we only got 5% off the display midel. We took the deal and said goid riddance! We will NEVER go back to the LazyBoy stores again because of the way we were treated! I DO NOT recommend them to anyone! We are not stupid people, and that's how we were treated!!!!! Keith and Teresa Roe Los Lunas, N.M.
