Went for oil change. Appointment at 815am did not get vehicle until after 3pm. Asked for transfer case fluid change. Was listed on invoice as completed, but was not charged. Weird? Never told by anyone why. I took it upon myself to ask why I was not charged. After 20+ mins of inquiring I was told it was a mistake that it said completed on the invoice and it was NOT completed because the fluid was not available and I would have to come back again. Understandable that they may be out of the proper fluid ..BUT was NOT told this prior to my turning back and inquiring. Another person may have just left assuming that since it was on the invoice it was completed and thus would not have got the required recommended maintenance schedule services. This place is horrible as I have had even more horrendous of experiences with this service department ( see a review from May 2023) I had originally purchased the "3 oil change service package" so I am forced to use this service department until I am done with my 3rd oil change because of course they refuse to refund my purchase price. I have one more oil change on the package I purchased. Once I am done I will never use this dealership for service or purchase and would never recommend to anyone. Discussing issues with the service writers is difficult as they seem less than Knowles, less than willing to listen, appear way too overworked, overwhelmed, and busy to even care or bother. There is no quality assurances, no quality checks, and they don't even go over the services performed with you. You just get handed the invoice and are asked to pay. I am far from an expert in vehicle mechanics thus rely on these "professionals" to do right by their customers. I fear what they do to other more vulnerable folks than I, such as the Elderly, young, inexperienced. This place is a prime example of why the vehicle mechanic profession gets such a bum wrap! Be forewarned, I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs. Most importantly, read all the other reviews on this business. It says a lot that people take the time to post a review. You will see that my experience is NOT unique and is actually the norm!

Not that I like taking my car in for service or an issue, I know that when I do, I will always have the best service worth Jordan and Toni. They are both professional and timely in getting my Jeep in and out and back on the road. I don't trust anyone with my Baby.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Kat here at LHM. She was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect vehicle! From the moment I walked in, she was super helpful and patient. She let me test drive multiple cars until I found the one that suited me best. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend reaching out to Kat! She'll definitely take care of you. Thanks again, Kat, for your excellent service!"

worst place ever..... if its not one thing its another. save yourself sometime & hassle. they dont give af & just give you the runaround. weve had an issue not once not twice if we didnt have the maintenance plan we would never wver come back. first time they changed my oil they didnt properly put in the filter leaked all the oil. second time made me wait 2hrs just to come tell me they couldn't do an oil change cause they didnt have a part. also have warranty for my tires told them to replace the tire. got told they have to order it never got a call that my tire was in shop got sent back. they rescheduled me again no tires again no tire rotation. they claim they rotate tires but never do thats a lie. 3rd time in for oil change. they ordered the tire again told me to come back on the 25th of september. also told me to come back on the 25th for a diagnostic check. got there on the 25th noone was aware of what was going on noone put us down. noone has touched it or even put in the tire. i just get told they cant do nothing. no loaner car no rental nothing. never got told my car was even staying overnight this long. worst unprofessional place ever. i've been calling since Wednesday to speak to mike the service manager and i havent got any call back and its Friday. How unprofessional he supposed to be the manager & it seems more like he is avoiding talking. no updates nothing just we haven't touched the car it's still sitting there. Why is a diagnostic check taking 5days & possible longer. How much longer this is ridiculous. I spoke to multiple service advisors & it's always I don't see those notes here.

Please have General Manager call me,Re: Inability of Service Department to Plan-and Schedule "Recall" repairs, and Service Manager's unwillingness to return phone calls.I prefer to resolve with Management as first step.

I made an appointment for service weeks ago for 0800 Friday, 21 April. I dropped my car off at 0730. Everything seemed fine and the young lady checking me in said my car would be ready at the end of the day. This was not to be. When I arrived at the end of the day, I was told by my customer service agent that my car hadn't been touched. He said the service department has big problems with scheduling service and they were pulling mechanics off the repair line to help with oil changes. I left my car there so they could conduct my service on Saturday. Well that didn't happen either. After two day, I picked up my car and nothing was done.Larry H Miller has serious management incompetence issues and it doesn't appear that anyone in management cares. DO NOT use there service department.

Do not recommend.Military, veterans, first responders stay away.I dropped off my car on Dec 13, it is now Mar 17. The last time I heard from this dealership was Feb 9.3/17 I did not receive a call from a manager as scheduled and when I reached out to them they told me that their manager no longer works for them and they have no General Manager.

I have a Wrangler 4xe that had 2 recalls. They only have one technician I guess. The recall only needed to take an hour or so. They ended up having my Wrangler for a week. I had to Uber everywhere or rely on my co workers to take me places. They did buy me brand new all weather floor mats. I'm upset but not too upset. They can only do but so much with lack of employees. but they made things right. Their customer service was good. Just need to work on offering loaners for everyone and not just basic services.

**LEMON ALERT**TL;DR: They will sell you a bad car, act like their shop policy supersedes federal law, and then they will hold your down payment hostage if you dare to call them out and return the car. I went to get a Ford Escape Hybrid, VIN 1FMCU0DZ8LUA54908. They worked with me, and I put $8700 down in deposit. They knew I am a first time mother to a 5 month old, and that I'm a disabled veteran. They made this sell of a car that I test drove and it seemed to be ok. As I'm driving off the lot on the day of sell, it starts making strange noises. I think the speaker is blown. I then see the fenders are not flush. Then this bubble in the dash. Then this huge gap in the hood to the bumper. I call my brother in law who has been the GM of a large car repair shop for over 2 decades. He shows me all the damage. Tells me "I don't care what the CarFax say, this has been in an accident, probably off roading or paid without insurance/cops involved." He says it's not a blown speaker it is some part of the car knocked loose bouncing around which is why I didn't hear it on test drive. The bubble in the dash is where the car caved in on itself. Both fenders are not flush, and falling off. The under carriage has major damage!I kindly tell Kelsy & AnneMarie that I'll be brining it back within the 3-Day Cooling off period. They tell me "you need to bring it today." They get RUDE telling me if I don't bring it in that very day they won't refund. When I find someone to tend to my baby, I head back thinking they would give me my money back. Of course they don't. They begin to tell me the "best inspection is done" before sell-- BEWARE OF ALL THEIR CARS IF THIS IS THE CASE because their alleged inspector missed some HUGE damage. They say "we don't cut checks on weekends, and we already dropped your money in the safe." This makes no sense given THEY BUY USED CARS. I sense this is "punishment" for bringing my car back and noticing they were selling me a LEMON. I ask "what happens if someone comes on the weekends to sell you a car?" They say "we don't buy used cars on the weekends because we need two signatures to cut a check." Then they go on to ARGUE with me that they are doing me some big favor taking their lemon back... they are not and your shop policy does not out-rank the State & Federal Law. I give up and ask when they will have my money back, it's a Saturday, and they say "Monday" (it's not lost on me that's Martin Luther King Day and banks will be closed). I ask "by when" and I'm told "no later than 10am, we will text you." Flash forward to MLK day, noon, nada. I call and say "I'll be in at 1pm." They try to give me some story about possibly not getting me my check because the manager has pneumonia. BS! What GM doesn't have a "Plan B" in case of emergency? Especially given the name linked to Larry H. Miller? I have an MBA and NEVER would a publicly traded car company A) not have someone to cut checks on the weekend to purchase cars; B) NOT have a "Plan B" in placed for how to get checks to consumers in case of illness. On top of that going to Ad-Hoc arguments about someone health when you run a business is highly questionable. I'm a single caregiver of a 5 month old who is disabled with a single car, did I get to give these folks the run around? No! They threatened me to bring the car back the previous Saturday "or else." So why does this, allegedly, poorly handled manager get an excuse to keep me from my $8700 for 48hrs? (which is no small amount)? When I walk in at 1 pm I'm told a manager wants to speak to me, and I'm not interested, baby is in the car. I want my money and to go. It's the manager with alleged pneumonia in a blazer wanting to shake my hand to say "sorry for not getting your check to you sooner." This place is a LOT of pretty words to sell you a LEMON. They think

I would NOT recommend this place for service. They're too busy and they don't care about their customers. My elderly aunt made a 9am appointment for service. FOUR and a HALF hours later, they'd still not gotten to it. The man she spoke with (4.5 hours after she dropped it off) said it would be ready "by the end of the day." She expressed that she drove an HOUR into town for this morning appointment and will be driving an HOUR home in the dark now (she's elderly). He seemed unconcerned, nonchalant, and that it wasn't his problem. What is the point of an appointment? Also, how about a little bit of RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING? What happened to customer service? Maybe trying to make things right?

This is the place to buy, trade or sell a car. And the person to help you buy, trade or sell a car is.....JOCELYNN HOOPER!!!! That's right everyone, the best darned salesperson at Larry Miller is a WOMAN. It was actually a refreshing and rewarding experience to see so many women in this industry. Her KNOWLEDGE about every single car you might be interested in will amaze you. JOCELYNN knows CARS. She helped us move from the vehicle we thought we wanted, to the one that was absolutely perfect for us. In this day and age it's hard enough to just start thinking about a new car, let alone actually buying one...Go see JOCELYNN...you will be so happy that you did!! btw...we are now the proud owners of a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk...all thanks to an awesome dealership and the very best salesperson you could ask on for...JOCELYNN HOOPER!!!
