I want to give special thanks to Ty Strader for amazing customer service when I brought my vehicle in to get serviced. I was going to purchase another oil package and he let me know that I still had one available so that made my day. He was very informative in detail about how long my car would take to get serviced, asked additional questions that make me comfortable and confident in the service I will receive by Larry H miller!

#bare minimum bandit!!! this is by far the worst service department I've ever dealt with. after selling me a service package and a tire package on a BRAND NEW jeep gladiator, they never rotated my tires which resulted in alignment issues and costing me thousands of dollars in new tires to stop the violent shaking caused by uneven tire wear. they refused to replace them and only sent me to a voicemail for a "manager" who I truly believe is a ghost as he is never at the dealer when you ask for him and he does not return calls. all calls go straight to voicemail. next issue, they were not replacing the fuel filter during regular service appointments which resulted in the vehicle shutting down and not starting because there was water in the fuel. my brother in law had to tell them over the phone how to drain it. when I asked them why they never did it, they said it's because I never asked!!!! wow!! didn't know I needed to tell them how to service a vehicle THEY sold me!! then the battery issues began. come to find out .... it was the water in fuel issue AGAIN but instead of diagnosing the problem they just charged the battery. the first guy who checked me in said the battery was not under warranty - I asked to replace it as I did not want to be stranded ... AGAIN... they took the jeep back for three hours, then when a second guy told Me it was ready, he said they just charged it and did not replace but that if it caused more issues to bring it back as it WAS covered under warranty. He showed me the screen showing it was still under warranty. so clearly the first guy lied. A few days later the jeep did not start again!!!! I had to replace the battery myself and it left me unable to take my kid to school on time... These clowns at Larry h miller are somethin Else!!! I do not think anything was wrong with the jeep other than the terrible service that led to malfunctioning!!! Oh!! Hold on!! There's more! There was an actual recall on the vehicle in Oct 2022. it is now Nov 2023 and they still have not taken care of this recall that states it can cause the jeep to shut down and crash and their only response is we don't have the part. Highly doubt they have ever checked on the part!!! If there is a recall, clearly there are parts made available to them.i called again a few weeks ago but they say they will not order the part until they do an Inspection .... I have been in this dealership over 5 times where they could inspect and THEY DO NOTHING! I'm pretty sure when I go in, they take my jeep to the back, set a timer on it, and return it to me doing nothing. And every time this timer is for a minimum of 3 hours! I hope their families are treated as MAGNIFICENT as I have been treated. DO NOT BUY FOM HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE SERVICE.

Terrible service. It took them two weeks to let us know that the part we needed was no longer being manufactured. Our truck sat in their shop for two and a half weeks. Two weeks of just sitting there and three days to work on the other small issues.

Very inefficient and understaffed. Set an appointment. Dropped off at 7 am. Not ready at end of day. Don't answer phones. 3rd time here and still haven't solved warranty item.

Terrible, terrible communication. Misdiagnosed issue with Jeep multiple times without resolution. Many empty promises. Left without a car or way to communicate with service rep for weeks. Literally had to show up at the dealership for any hope to speak to someone about the status of my vehicle.

Mike Sweis was absolutely amazing for me throughout my purchase. Him and the manager were able to work with me and I ended up getting just what I was looking for. The customer service all through the process was impeccable and I would HIGHLY recommend!

We were visiting from out of town and the check engine light came on in our truck. Although they had no openings they said to bring it in and since we are not local, they would try and look at it as soon as possible. They had it diagnosed the next day (although the part was back ordered) and reset the notification. They didn't even charge us.

The manager here should be embarrassed about the way he runs this company. We filed a SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE after inappropriate behavior from one of the sales men, and nothing was done. Management just swept it under the rug as if nothing even happened. They took it to HR and we talked to them once and never heard back. Best part is, no repercussions were taken on the sales man and he still works there. Keep an eye out for JONATHAN CHAVEZ... DISGUSTING!!!!

Well it is now 6 months later and still no registration. This is unbelievable and shameful. I email for updates weekly. Obviously the customer is not a priority once you drive off the lot.

Absolutely AVOID!! SCAMS!! My wife and I came in looking at a used Ram 1500. After test driving, we opted to talk pricing. Just prior to negotiating we were asked what we did for work, my wife and I both disclosed we were in the Military. The sales lady said she would take off $500 off the asking price which we thought was very kind. We had looked the truck up online and knew the asking price beforehand, but the sales lady came out with an “offer” $2k higher than the online pricing. We immediately felt taken advantage of bc of our profession and lost all trust. We decided to leave. When I got a follow on call from the dealership the next day I called her out. She seemed caught off guard and made up some excuse like she doesn’t track the cost of listed car prices. Hard to believe! And if someone in sales/finance doesn’t know what a vehicle is listed online then what kind of business is this!?!? Sad they treat people like this.
