at this time they have had my car for 5 business days. I get a text asking me to sign off on thousands of dollars of repairs without an explanation of how any of them fix my problem. i texted Estevan to call me with an explanation and he said approve or decline without any explanation. Tried to call service manager and had to leave a message. yes they are busy but I am not going to sign off on thousands of dollars without knowing exactly how it fixes my problem.

This is the most disreputable dealership in the state. I had my car towed in there for a recall almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been looked at. I was lied to and told that it would only take a couple of days but they still haven't even done anything yet. The recall takes less than an hour to complete. I will never do business with them again. I can't stand being lied to and if a business lies to me I will never do business with them again.

I purchased a vehicle more than a year. I honestly regret making that decision. All this insurances were added to the contract. I got it refinanced. Now the dealership is unwilling to pay me for all the unused insurances that were added. I found out through auto care that some of those insurances were only for a few months and that they are non refundable. For the dealership making the sale is priority but when they add all this insurances to the loan. That we are definitely not going to use. Makes a customer never wanna come back. You the dealership, have lost a valuable customer.

I felt a little rushed when trying to understand what were all the things they did to my car. But overall the interaction was not bad and the person was at least taking the time to help me understand what all was done before I left. I asked for a copy of the summary of services and I was given this. They even washed my car when asked. Overall I thought the experience was good.

I was truly Blessed when I went to Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai. Anthony is the guy to see, he is very respectful, he listens, doesn't rush you to get a sale, he really cared. Also a big shout out to Christopher Harvey who made the deal possible, and Elvis from the finance dept. I was really blessed to meet these three men. They definitely earned my respect and business!

Such a great friendly experience from the moment we first walked in. Everybody was extremely friendly/helpful. Was helped by Debbie and Ricko who were both amazing. They definitely went above and beyond and helped my wife and I get this beautiful Tuscan that we’re so pleased and happy with. Would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here first.

I unfortunately have had 2 very negative experiences here. I would advise anyone and everyone to not go here, or any other Larry H Miller in the city. We first went here in May 2023 to look at Palisades and start the ordering/buying process. We knew we wouldn’t be getting one that day because they are in high demand, but wanted to start the process. The sales rep had told us to “not waste our time and to just go out of state”. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the chairs as he’s telling us this. He couldn’t even be bothered with letting us know when one would be available. So fine, we ended up going to Colorado Springs and were treated wonderfully there and received our Palisade in August.Yesterday one of the tires blew out on the freeway. We have the extended warranty, so I went to the Lomas dealership to see if they could help me. They said no, they don’t do anything with the tires. I call the tire manufacturer, and there is a warranty with the tire and the dealership can replace the tire. Well that would have been nice to know. We take it in today to get the tire replaced, and we’re waiting for 2 hours. No communication, nothing. Finally we go up and ask what is going on, they say they’re having a difficult time with the “claim” even though we gave them a reference number. Turns out, they haven’t even touched the car. Tire not replaced. When asked about the lack of customer service, we were told “well you came in without an appointment so that’s on you”. I’m sorry, I didn’t get an appointment when my tire blew on the freeway either, but here we are.If you are looking for a dealership and service center that has terrible customer service, lack of communication, a waste of your time, and overall bad experience, then this is the place for you!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Tuscon at Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai Albuquerque, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from the entire team. From start to finish, they made the car buying process smooth and stress-free.Sales Rep Jaclyn was an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory and took the time to understand my needs. What stood out the most was that she was not at all pushy - something I greatly appreciated. Jaclyn listened to my preferences and guided me towards the perfect vehicle. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.Sales Manager Rikko was equally impressive. He worked with us in a highly professional manner to ensure we got to the agreed price we were looking for. Rikko's transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. He made the negotiation process feel fair and respectful.Elvis, the Finance Manager, made the financial aspect of the purchase a breeze. He was courteous, approachable, and easy to work with. Elvis took the time to explain all the financial details clearly and patiently, ensuring that I fully understood the terms and options available. And finally, a big shoutout to Derrick, the General Manager. When there was a slight backup due to a long wait time to get the paperwork processed, Derrick stepped in and handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He made sure everything was sorted out promptly, and his personal touch in resolving the issue left a lasting impression. In summary, my experience at Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai Albuquerque was nothing short of exceptional. This team, from Jaclyn, Rikko, Elvis, to Derrick, goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the outstanding customer service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai Albuquerque, for making my car buying experience a truly memorable one!

I just purchased a 2023 Elantra N Line from this dealership. I did a lot of research and talked to multiple dealerships, some were playing the market adjustment price game and added $3000.00 above MSRP. Well Southwest Hyundai showed me the invoice price, we came to an agreement on the sale price, less than MSRP. No games, no market adjustment add on price. JT Thompson and Rico Navarrette were great and the process went smooth. Do your research, have your credit score in a good place and all is good at this dealership.I would highly recommend them.

I loved going to this dealership. It felt like a family atmosphere starting with JT who helped us find a car that would fit my needs, Chris the Service Manager who was a pleasure too talk with and finally Deb who completed my paperwork. Professional and very helpful. I recommend these guys for your car needs.

I had my windows tinted at this place as part of the deal to buy a new SUV. This was back on 2019, window tints are bad now. I called service department and finance department to check on warranty. They told me that they had a 3rd party do the tinting job. They provided me a business card to that business, I called and gave my vehicle information and he did not find my vehicle on his records. He asked me to ask the dealership for a copy of the invoice. The dealership does not keep those records. The dealership is telling me window tints are 1 year warranty. I asked if they are 1 yr warranty show me the policy that states it, they don't have one either. Please make sure these people give you paperwork even for the smallest job. I don't see why I have to be calling the window tinting place if I did not hire them. This should be the dealership responsibility.

I bought my car at the end of June. It is the end of September and I still don’t have my license plate or registration documents/tags. I have moved out of state and cannot register my car because I do not have my registration documents/tags. I’ve left my name and number multiple times and was told I would receive a call with an update. I have not. If I had an update, I would not call. Now I’ve been in the new state for over 90 days and will now face fees because Larry H Miller dropped the ball on getting my documents to me. I’m not going to pay those late fees for registering my car late because it was not on me. I need to know, how do I go about getting the fees taken care of, or a refund for the registration fees I paid when I got the car? Since it seems that my car cannot be registered. I am very angry that I pay my car note and car insurance every month and I can’t even get a license plate! Terrible.

I'm editing my review published 5 months ago. How many shoppers lift up the carpet in a car trunk to see if there is a spare? Well, i'm 73 and should know better but I did not. There is NO spare tire, not even a doughnut tire. We waited 6 months for a hybrid. and even then did not get the car we really wanted. Now after spending more than $35.000 I have to go try to find a rim and buy another tire for the spare as well as a jack. Pay to have the tire mounted to the rim so I have a spare tire. They gave me some kind of tire inflatable air canister I'm told to use if I get a flat. This is useless if the tire gets a sidewall puncture or a large puncture out in the desert somewhere. All the You Tube videos show the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid comes with full size spare tires. Just not New Mexico I guess. Just don't feel like I bought a new car somehow. Just another way to screw the consumer.
