“First off, they have always done a fantastic job with my clothes. And most importantly they are the most honest people you could meet. I some how left a $1000 voucher from the casino in my suit jacket. And they found it and handed to me when picking up my clothes. I was mind blown! “I've had my daughter's letter jacket (leather and felt) and a set of drapes done by Kitch cleaners. Both were cleaned perfectly. Kitch may be the only shop in Albuquerque that actually does leather cleaning in-house--rather than sending items out of state. Pricing is standard. The owner is up-front about limitations of any given job.”

“I was visiting from our of town and picked this laundry because they responded to all their reviews. Somebody cares. It is clean spacious with lots of folding area and seating. They have a change machine. It felt safe and the machines worked fine. It didn't seem expensive to me but I only has a small load.
The dryer seemed to run a little hot so if your clothes are sensitive you might want to be careful”

“My favorite laundromat! It's a popular spot because the place is always clean, machines work great and you can't beat the price! But even when it's busy I never have any trouble finding open machines or countertop space because they've got a ton. Lots of different sizes to choose from and even a bunch of those jumbo ones to wash the whole house worth at once.
The employees are always friendly & smiling and they'll let you use the restroom if you are a customer. It smells good in there and I can't complain about the temperature, which must be hard to regulate with all those dryers, but I guess they have good ventilation.
I've never had any trouble with their change machine and the large parking lot helps with being able to find an open spot. Inside are many large trash cans, benches & stools to sit on, some vending machines and an utility sink that is handy.
It's a good location because you can walk over to nearby businesses while waiting on your laundry - I feel safe enough there to leave my clothes in the machines for a few minutes while I pick up some groceries or grab a bite to eat.
There are quite a few unhoused individuals in the area that might ask you for money, but I've never encountered anyone who seemed dangerous or threatening or made me feel like I couldn't say no. No worries!”

“Angel the owner is amazing! Had a conference at Isleta, and I had grabbed the wrong jacket full of lint. I googled dry cleaners and went here since it was closest. Angel cleaned my jacket in 10 minutes, and made it look brand new. Amazing customer service and ignore the earlier reviews as she told me she is the new owner.”

“It’s a clean establishment and the people are friendly. Clothes came back clean with no damages or press marks. What impressed me most is that they use eco-friendly methods. The pricing is a little steeper than expected for a NM establishment but their Google scores speak for themselves. I live in Rio Rancho and there’s really nothing good up here. I also appreciated that they do alterations. One stop shop!”
