“First off, they have always done a fantastic job with my clothes. And most importantly they are the most honest people you could meet. I some how left a $1000 voucher from the casino in my suit jacket. And they found it and handed to me when picking up my clothes. I was mind blown! One that I had no idea it was in there haha and two that they had the honesty to make sure I got it! I even tried to tip them for returning it and they refused. “The owners are at the door welcoming you in, extremely helpful, it's like being in your mom's laundry room. The washer and dryers smell super clean the store is immaculate!!! “I've had my daughter's letter jacket (leather and felt) and a set of drapes done by Kitch cleaners. Both were cleaned perfectly. Kitch may be the only shop in Albuquerque that actually does leather cleaning in-house--rather than sending items out of state. Pricing is standard. The owner is up-front about limitations of any given job.”

“I was visiting from our of town and picked this laundry because they responded to all their reviews. Somebody cares. It is clean spacious with lots of folding area and seating. They have a change machine. It felt safe and the machines worked fine. It didn't seem expensive to me but I only has a small load.
The dryer seemed to run a little hot so if your clothes are sensitive you might want to be careful”

“Nice and clean.I needed assistance from someone that worked there; in all day and night could I find any assistance. Money was taken from a washing machine and from a vending machine as well. I could not really get much of any options because it was empty.”
“My favorite laundromat! It's a popular spot because the place is always clean, machines work great and you can't beat the price! But even when it's busy I never have any trouble finding open machines or countertop space because they've got a ton. Lots of different sizes to choose from and even a bunch of those jumbo ones to wash the whole house worth at once.
The employees are always friendly & smiling and they'll let you use the restroom if you are a customer. It smells good in there and I can't complain about the temperature, which must be hard to regulate with all those dryers, but I guess they have good ventilation.
I've never had any trouble with their change machine and the large parking lot helps with being able to find an open spot. Inside are many large trash cans, benches & stools to sit on, some vending machines and an utility sink that is handy.
It's a good location because you can walk over to nearby businesses while waiting on your laundry - I feel safe enough there to leave my clothes in the machines for a few minutes while I pick up some groceries or grab a bite to eat.
There are quite a few unhoused individuals in the area that might ask you for money, but I've never encountered anyone who seemed dangerous or threatening or made me feel like I couldn't say no. No worries!”
“Great place to do laundry. Clean, friendly service, and coin operated. I have machines in my apartment building, but refuse to use machines where one must scan, and get an app. Too much of a risk from unscrupulous characters.??”

“Dan always keeps things clean and it's better than washing/drying & folding at an apartment complex laundry... there's plenty of room and wheeled carts available. Location is convenient and there's plenty of parking. Plus vending machines. Good lighting at night and open 24 hours.”
“Angel the owner is amazing! Had a conference at Isleta, and I had grabbed the wrong jacket full of lint. I googled dry cleaners and went here since it was closest. Angel cleaned my jacket in 10 minutes, and made it look brand new. Amazing customer service and ignore the earlier reviews as she told me she is the new owner.”
