“First off, they have always done a fantastic job with my clothes. And most importantly they are the most honest people you could meet. I some how left a $1000 voucher from the casino in my suit jacket. And they found it and handed to me when picking up my clothes. I was mind blown! One that I had no idea it was in there haha and two that they had the honesty to make sure I got it! I even tried to tip them for returning it and they refused. “I've had my daughter's letter jacket (leather and felt) and a set of drapes done by Kitch cleaners. Both were cleaned perfectly. Kitch may be the only shop in Albuquerque that actually does leather cleaning in-house--rather than sending items out of state. Pricing is standard. The owner is up-front about limitations of any given job.”

“Angel the owner is amazing! Had a conference at Isleta, and I had grabbed the wrong jacket full of lint. I googled dry cleaners and went here since it was closest. Angel cleaned my jacket in 10 minutes, and made it look brand new. Amazing customer service and ignore the earlier reviews as she told me she is the new owner.”

“New updated system uses the card system. Now no more change. I like the fact that it's twenty four hours and they're always cleaning the machines and the floors in there.So it's a nice place to go.But just use your own judgment, but I go here nice.Double triple quadruple washers whatever they are.They're good and quick time.Drying machines run fine”

“It’s a clean establishment and the people are friendly. Clothes came back clean with no damages or press marks. What impressed me most is that they use eco-friendly methods. The pricing is a little steeper than expected for a NM establishment but their Google scores speak for themselves. I live in Rio Rancho and there’s really nothing good up here. I also appreciated that they do alterations. One stop shop!”
