Website sucks. No support. I can't fill out pre-appointment fields on the website, so the entire time I spent fighting with the website was wasted. I don't know how they stay in business. I went to pick up my new glasses, and the prescription was wrong, but they refused a refund. Instead wanted me to accept them, go home with them to get used to them, ( no!) And I tried calling the shop at home: The call gets you to a recording, but I can't leave any message. Recording says they will return my call, which is a lie. I had to call the credit card company and do a dispute to get my nearly $600 refund by force. Just do go here. Save your blood pressure points.

Went in for a pair of sunglasses and a pair of glasses and they put sunglasses lenses into both pair of frames. Second time I’ve ordered glasses from here and it’s been disappointing.

they quote $59 for eye exam, then charge you $105 and add in other things you didnt ask for. better to skip this place

Dr. Vigil was a wonderful doctor to work with who explained everything he was doing clearly! In the front of house, we worked with Vanessa who was so helpful and informative, and walked me through the best choices for my glasses! I will definitely be returning to LensCrafters for my future glasses needs!

My experience was not great. one of the ladies that work there was training a new employee and did not pay me any attention completely messed up on my contact order, I had two different contact, my right eye is worse than my left eye she ordered two left eye contacts did you say a word and kind of a rude person I won’t go back there. I’m thankful for Nancy and Tona after four trips to the beach Tona Nancy fixed my order adjusted my glasses and ordered my new contacts but I won’t go back there.

Multiple bad experiences in a week at this place. - end result was glasses not done properly. 700 bucks and so many mistakes. If the customer service was better maybe the quality of the glasses would be better and done right.

I'm happy I chose Lenscrafters as the first place to spend more on glasses than I usually do. A ten day turnaround is quick for high quality frames and lenses. Ernestine was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was willing to answer questions I had even if it wasnt about my purchase.
