Do not go here!I waited 2 months from my appointment, showed up on time only to be told my appointment was canceled because they called me and emailed me and I never replied. They had my phone number and email both incorrect. All they could offer was rescheduling me for another 2 months out. They don't care about their patients at all. No humanity. Manager was useless.

Dr Sandoval was so incredibly helpful. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Took the time to do a very in depth exam to figure out why my new glasses were giving me problems. He listened to me and was very good with explaining everything. Wonderful experience, thank you!

I took myself and my daughter for our annual eye exams. Exams went fine and i was able to order my daughters contacts right then and there but because of my astigmatism they didnt have trials for my eyes (not a big deal, actually pretty normal sinc my vision is really bad) was told they would call and schedule a follow up for when they got the testers came in.First problem: I called 3 times over 4 weeks trying to see if my daughters contacts were and was told someone would check and call me right back, never got a call back. They called me when the testers for me came in and i asked again about my daughters contacts (now 4 weeks later) and was told "someone would have called you if they were in" ... so my appointment for me to try the tester set is in 2 days and they call me to reschedule saying the wont have another appointment available for 2 more months! I reminded the person this is just for tester contacts not an exam and his response was "oh sorry, i didnt actually read your chart" and we scheduled for the followong week. I ask again about my daughters contacts and he finally looks and said "they have been here for 3 and a half weeks. Someone called you" ...i tell him ive been calling every week and no one has called excpet him to schedule and now reschedule me. He got an attitude and said "well i dont know , its on her chart someone called and i didnt do it" ...horrible customer service but i finished REscheduling my appt again woth him and got off the phone. Keep in mind were now over a month past when i had my initial eye exam. Now i get a call that the eye dr no longer works there and they dont know when or if anyone will cover. I am una le to just order my contacts because the previous dr never signed off on my prescription.they ask me to give them a week to get a dr to cover and if not i can talk to the office manager and have them refund my insurance for my exam so i can get my yearly exam somewhere else. I am finally able to get in with a covering dr and get my testers and order my contacts (now at almost 2 months after the initial exam). I have two different prescriptions (one for each eye) and sent my husband to get my contacts. They do not mark left or right on the boxes, i can not reach anyone at this location, and they never gave me a copy of my contact prescription. I have been in glasses / contacts for over 20 years and never in my life dealt with such horrible service, never been talked to the way their employee did , never had to wait two months to get my contacts. I will not be using lenscrafters ever again and seriously do not recommend this location for anyoneOh and trying to get anyone on the line is impossible, they never answer the phone so im not even able to call and get the info i need so i can mark my own boxes. I will have to drive out of my way to go there and pray they can actually help ...if not i guess I'll play a guessing game

I paid for an exam at this location and when I requested a PD measurement from the retail store, they refused to provide it unless I purchased glasses. Furthermore, the clinic is permanently closed.

Management is extremely unprofessional when scheduling their employees. Publishes the schedule and then makes changes last minute and expects employees to come in after making plans for anticipated days off.Don’t spend your money in a place that doesn’t respect their employees or care about work-life balance.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection for frames. Turn around time is usually quick. It is the Holidays so I expect it to take a few extra days, which is totally fine and understandable. Store was neat and clean. Been using LensCrafters for a few years, always satisfied with the service and the glasses I've purchased. If you are thinking of trying them, do not hesitate. They are great to work with.

A good experience to start - but now LensCrafters has become annoying because three weeks later, I still don't have my new glasses. Read on: LensCrafters made shopping for glasses a very pleasant experience. Tonatiuh was the gentlemen who assisted me in narrowing down the four original frames I considered to the one I received. That was a pleasant experience. BUT, two weeks later on my ETA delivery date, Iwas told there was a delay because the glasses were made, but ended up at a wrong location. Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks since my order was placed and I still don't have glasses and nobody seems to know where they are or have a tracking number with UPS to be able to provide a better idea when they will arrive. Their corporate customer service department had me complete a form on-line which said they hoped to get back to me in FIVE days. This give me the idea that LensCrafters must have a lot of customer service issues. In 2023, it shouldn't take two weeks to have a pair of glasses made, especially by a company owned by Luxottica, one of the larges eye wear companies around.

A very thorough eye exam and tests by Dr. Sandoval and his team. My contact lense prescription was spot on. I have already recommended him to a friend.
