Went in today to get supplies for my spa. Gentleman asked if he could help me I stated I know what I need. He keep staring at me so I asked if he was ok. He stated yes but would not leave. He was acting like I was going steal I know this is Albuquerque but don’t be so obvious. I will never return and buy online as I won’t be judged.

I will not return to this location as the front desk person Reynaldo is extremely rude and it is very obvious he doesn't like customers or his job. He is definitely a deterrent to this store. He really is in the wrong business.

I went in to make an exchange and the young man helping me was great but then comes Ray who started off being rude attackful and practically through me out of the store when I told him he could of approached me in a helpful way instead of attacking me while asking for help on how to use a product. Ray should not be in the RETAIL BUSINESS . I will NEVER shop the store on Holly in Albuquerque NM !!! I left in tears behind this mans rudeness! Lorraine Dominguez Albuquerque NM

Went to Leslie Pools to grab another pool pump. All they wanted to sell me was a $1299 setup with a 1hp motor and when I said that was too much and not what I was wanting all he could say was look for our emails and you can get a coupon??? What a waste of time driving there. I just went home and did like most people and what I should have done in the beginning ....bought one online for $198 with a 2hp motor. I'm all for supporting local business but not at the cost of a thousand dollars!

I went into Leslie's to get my pool water tested and before I even made it to the counter I was told by the employee "I don't have the ability to test your water today". I proceeded to leave and go to Matt's pools and spas. I went into Matt's and was greeted by a friendly employee. He informed me that there is a shortage of supplies for the automatic water tester but he would test my water the old fashioned way using the test strips. He gathered information on my pool, tested the water and went over the results. I spent $340.00 on the chemicals needed to balance my pool water. Leslies' could have performed the same tests, but I guess my business wasn't worth their time. I'll never go back to Leslie's. Matt's Pool and Spas at 3511 Wyoming NE in Albuquerque is my new pool supply store.

Michael at this store in particular is top notch. He is always polite and happy to help you with whatever you may need with your pool. Some of the other Leslies stores in town could take a few notes from this gentleman. If you're going to go to Leslies in ABQ, do yourself a favor and visit this location.

I am grateful for all the help the staff here has provided in getting both my hot tub and pool chemistry balanced. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. I tried other pool stores and was not happy with the misinformation I received. Thank you, Leslie's, for the excellent service.

Walked in for some hot tub chemicals and couldn't get any help. Neither employees would even acknowledge me. I went to Woody's and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I had water tested nine days apart in spring, before doing anything to the water. Test results varied widely for almost half the measurements. Recommended quantity of chemicals to add for three supposed issues, would have resulted in overshooting the desired range, by a lot, in the opposite direction, creating new issues, requiring more chemicals.
