Worst experience you pay all this money only to have them not even help with a simple letter I been going to liberty tax for years and this year is my last not only do they charge you ridiculous prices they can’t even help you when you need the help when you receive letters from the irs leticia you don’t belong in customer service let along doing taxes are you doing?if your reading this please go up the road to another company me or my family will no longer come here

Never would recommend cost is to high and they won’t even help you when you need help when the irs sends letters they take the money and run they scam you for everything everything costs triple here then anywhere else in warning you stay away !!! Was 100% better when it was on 98th now they are out for every penny it would be different if they would help when you start receiving letters they won’t even return your call

I can't recomend this company forward. I did business with them and ordered parts for them for the job. They never paid me for the labor and parts. I see how they overcharge customers but they wont take care of local businesses. Stay away from this company if you value your work and effords.
