Just spent several minutes on hold with Linncare trying to confirm what I needed to bring in for my appointment. Finally drove down to their offices to see what was going on, keeping my phone on hold while I drove. At the office the receptionist told me Monday mornings are really busy. There were 2 receptionists and the office manager at the front desk and the phone never rang once the entire time I was talking to her. I showed her my phone, which was still on hold (now at 49 minutes on hold), but it was apparently not ringing through for anyone to answer. She failed to see the irony in that. Then she told me that anytime I get put on hold to dial back and select the prompt indicating that I am a physician (I guess I'm just not intuitive enough). I spoke to the office manager. No concern. No apology. I showed her Linncare's local reviews (2 out of 5). She guessed I wasn't the only person unhappy with Linncare and that was that. So, I won't be going back. How do these people stay in business? Do they not train their staff in customer service?

Very unresponsive, terrible customer service . My oxygen concentrator did NOT have a filter in it GROSS!!! Dirty. I will NEVER Deal with them again.

I live outside of New Mexico and was in Albuquerque for personal matters. My newer CPAP machines would not work. I called this lincare office in Albuquerque. No answers on all extensions asit went straight to music. Hung up and called through the doctors option. The office manager answered. Was of no help what so ever. Offered no options and gave nothing but excuses why she could not help. Left me without any solutions. Very poor customer care and lack of concern. Avoid if possible.

They ran out of bags for small oxygen tank and were going to bring next day. Over a week no bags. Phone call not answered.

The delivery guys are outstanding 5 star guys! They need to pay these guys BETTER! Very high turnover, luckily we've been blessed by the fact that the several different ones we've had have ALL been great, friendly, courteous and act like they GENUINELY CARE! One star lost is due to the professionalism of the office staff.

Been on hold for 30 mins trying to take care of a $3.84 bill from an acct. that was closed 15 months ago. I wonder how many more "surprise" billings I am going to receive from Lincaire. Once they get their claws into they never let go. Avoid this company at all costs.

Lincare has not once failed my needs. The staff is amazing! I am very, very satisfied with Lincare

Staff is friendly and helpful. I think a lot of the bad feedback they get isn't really their fault. Since Covid and the supply chain problems there has been a shortage of CPAPs and other med supplies. Plus it seems apnea diagnosis's have been on the rise as well.

My husband was overcharged more than $250 one more than one occasion. When we called they said they could only give us credit instead of refunding the amount to our card.

This was the first time here to get supplies and found that the staff was not very friendly. The place is not very professional there was stuff everywhere and the break area was visible from the waiting area and it was in disrepair.

Update: I FINALLY got thru to someone!They didn't put my bill on autopay, but got that done now I hope!Trying to get info on my bill, but no one has answered in 2 days... on hold for over an hour both days and Still no help

Discharged at 3:30-no delivery by 7:00. Tank is in red zone. “I don’t know how soon” was answer when we called for help. Ridiculous. AVOID.

They are ridiculous...can't do anything for their clients. I went twice to the ER because they wouldn't come check my machine. I wasn't getting no oxygen. They don't give me tubing so I changed when I need to. They said tubing would be sent though the mail. They said I couldn't change company for 5 year. Wow...never heard of that before! Let's see if they take this down because this is my second review!

Got a new cPap from them. They picked out a mask for me that I realized the first night didn't work. So I called the number they told me to call if I have any issues. The lady was friendly and helpful, and after I told her what I needed she said they'll send me a replacement right away. That was a couple weeks ago. Still no equipment I decide to call to check the status. I called the same number I did originally, the one they told me to call.I get told I don't have the right department and they need to transfer me. They do, and I get hung up on. OK whatever, probably bad connection. Redial, talk to someone, and she berates me for not ordering from their 800 number but from ordering from their local office.I have no idea what she's upset about; I'm just needing to get my equipment. Can you tell me the status or just order what I need if they didn't actually order it? Nope; this lady is furious at me and hangs up on me.I'm very confused. Calling back for a 3rd time. This time been on hold for 30 minutes...still waiting. Over 2 weeks of not having these supplies I desperately need. And no idea when or if I'll ever get them.What is the purpose of these companies when you can get these supplies for way cheaper at places like Amazon? Why does my insurance demand I only work with awful companies like this?

Inept. Doctor called in a request for equipment. After two weeks I had not been contacted, called their office. After explaining what I needed, they reported they had no record of the request. I left my info with them as they stated they would call me back and work things out. I never heard back from them. I told my doctor they should stop using this company based on my personal experience and the reviews of others.I also just received a notification that their company had a data breach a year ago and I’m just now finding out about it.
