Just to clarify, they do not sell maternity clothes at this store (in person in this location). I just wanted to clarify since this comes up a a result when you look up places that sell maternity clothes. They have really nice clothes and helpful staff.

I was so excited when I found out we have a Loft in Albuquerque. The ladies who were there yesterday were so sweet and helped me find the very specific pieces I was looking for. You rarely see that level of customer service these days. I will definitely be back.

Not sure who the buyers are but the merchandise colors, patterns, fabrics range from granny to the Gap.Definitely not the Loft / Ann Taylor brand - known for quality professional clothing. Very disappointing as well as the prices being charged.Positive - the Staff was friendly & helpful.Buyers you need to come work in the stores so you can learn who your customers are.

Very helpful staff, great sales. My wife has a hard time finding things she likes that fit well in most places but at loft there are so many things that look great on her, from sporty, practical, to dressy.

The hours of operations are terrible! 10am till 5:30 if you work till 5 it’s hard to get there to shop. Went there today got there at 5:02 and the doors were locked. No sign or anything posted on the door. It’s difficult enough to get to the store during their hours and to make it in time to find the doors are locked a half hour before closing is not cool. Post a sign or something so customer know what’s going on.

I spent an hour picking out clothes to try on from the sales rack. I left them in the dressing room to grab a different size. When I came back, all the shirts were gone, an employee had put them away. It was so annoying. This is why I shop online. Shopping in person is always a waste of time and terrible experience.

I went shopping last minute yesterday. Melinda immediately greeted me at the door, helped me find what I needed and was very attentive while I was trying on clothes. She made recommendations and brought me different colors and sizes so I could stay in a dressing room. I really appreciate the help and I got what I needed in time for my date!
