Went in last night to get permanent jewelry for all of my daughters as part of their Christmas gift. While the jewelry is beautiful and the options are great, the experience was the real gem! The staff was beyond patient and helpful and they made the whole experience amazing for us all!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you ladies for such an great experience!

We had a very fun time getting permanent bracelets with Bri (we think?)! Going over the policies for repair/alteration was reassuring with such a commitment of a purchase. What a fun reminder to have of our first trip to NM!

We went in to get bestie bracelets, during our appointment there was no one there so that was nice. The studio is so pretty, the decor and vibes were great. The girl helping us was so friendly and helpful. The only downside is that this location for permanent jewelry is VERY expensive, but compared to other studios, they claim to use genuine gold and gemstones. Over all its worth the experience if you can splurge on it.

Love Weld saved me. I had my bracelets put on right before traveling to Albuquerque. On the plane I realized they were to tight. I panicked a bit and came close to cutting them off. Since they were a cherished gift from my daughter for Mothers Day, it would have broken my heart to ruin them. I googled forever bracelets in Albuquerque and Love Weld popped and happened to be exactly where we were going to shop. I was able to get an appointment the next day and a sweet young woman was able to add a couple of links. I am very happy. Kudos to Love Weld. I would recommend them very highly! Teresa B.

What a FUN find while walking around old town. I was lucky they had an open spot and Mariah even got me in sooner than my appointment start time. She was so lovely, easy to talk with and gave great advice on where we should go for dinner. Mariah also was very knowledgeable and showed me so many different ways I could create a personalize bracelet. I CAN NOT wait to get more!!! Thank you Mariah for making our last day in New Mexico so fun and memorable!!!

I wanted to give 5 stars, but can’t. I was in town to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We made an appt and went in and actually had a lovely experience with Brianne (sp?). She voluntarily offered us 10% off which was so lovely. The bill was over 1K and 10% off unsolicited would have been nice. When I received the bill via email after we left I realized she didn’t give it to us so I called Bri right away. She said to get the 10% off I needed to come back to the store. I knew we couldn’t go back immediately because we needed to get to our next appt. I said I need to call you back. We got preoccupied with our next appt. Bri called me back tho and said she could no longer honor the 10% discount but could give us some stackable rings?!? I think denying us the 10% we didn’t even ask for but were appreciative to receive was creepy at best. Who does that? What kind of company doesn’t stand by their word? Gives me little faith that this company is legit. I want to return my bracelet. Ruined the experience.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE... THE TOP MANAGER CALLED ME AND SHE CORRECTED EVERYTHING AND MADE IT RIGHT... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE......,............DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. MY Daughter anklet has broken 2 times with in a week ish of getting it welded. I spent over $600 for a lasting memory and experience with my daughter and granddaughter and myself only to have it short lived an NOT PERMANENT OR FOREVER... SO PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED.Very nice management. An a very unique experience with some you love. A tad pricey however it's the experience and memories.

My wife and I visited and purchased bracelets from this facility. This was a gift for our 14 year wedding anniversary. Great experience and loving memory made.
