I didn't feel welcome at all. My lady went to this store specifically to send money. We waited in line behind another gentleman. When the other gentleman approached the store manager, he was very short and rude with him. I asked if they offered the service to send money, and said, "No, no, no we used to offer that but not anymore." Okay. Fine. My lady did purchase some avocados, but I would never spend a dime of my money there. As we were leaving I asked the manager his name and he stated "Charles Archuleta". I hope he is great as his job.

Overall a good store. The staff always treat you like you're about to steal something tho, even tho peeps never give them a reason to think that. Others have told me they feel similarly.

Very disappointed and now concerned for my partners health. We stopped to buy coconut water and come to find out we purchased very expired bottles of it mixed with bottles that were not expired. Do better and check your shelves more often when restocking product.

1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Experience at Lowes Grocery Store (12th St & Lomas, Albuquerque)
I'm appalled & disappointed by the consistent rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by staff members, including managers, at this Lowes Grocery Store location.
On multiple occasions, I've experienced harassment and discriminatory behavior from a male employee who follows me and my family around the store, making us feel uncomfortable and profiled. This behavior is unacceptable and racist.
The employee's actions are not only unprofessional but also make us feel like we're being accused of shoplifting. I've witnessed him follow my granddaughters around the store, which raises serious concerns about his intentions.
Furthermore, I've experienced other incidents of rudeness and unprofessionalism from staff members, including a store manager. The lack of respect and courtesy displayed by employees is staggering.
To add insult to injury, the quality of fresh produce, such as strawberries, is consistently poor.
I'm taking my business elsewhere and will be contacting corporate to report these incidents. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disdain.
Unacceptable Behavior:
- Racist and discriminatory behavior from staff members
- Unprofessionalism and rudeness from employees and managers
- Harassment and profiling of customers
- Poor quality of fresh produce

Very unfriendly place. Hispanics aren't welcomed because we are profiled as thieves. A Pepsi has more value than a human being at this store. What a shame.

Don't appreciate the little troll telling me how to scan items when it's her job to run
the register I'm not on Lowe's payroll to have their employees stand there and watch people like a mess hall in prison. Disgusted from all the whinnying from that troll! Need to remove those self check outs to give them entitled employees a job to do other than bump their gums.

This store has HORRIBLE customer service and the fruit is always on the verge of rotting! I would recommend driving a little way down 12th St to John Brooks if you want knowledgeable and dependable customer service. Too bad because this is a really perfect location...

From the outside it looked small... But when the sliding door moved it was like WOW, up in there. Cutest market ever! Reminds me of small CO-Op markets. Some things, could be pricey so watch for deals.

Been shopping here since it was LandMark.. but I get profiled regularly here, so after 35 years of trying to support the neighborhood market I am goin to be profiled for less at Walmart now
