I had an amazing experience this morning, was greeted by friendly staff. Quinn helped me and offered me other items. She’s very kind and professional. Outstanding job. The entire staff was so happy and you don’t see that anymore in Albuquerque. They guided me and helped me find some new items. This staff rocks. Bravo!

Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the manager whose name I don’t remember, but she had beautiful red hair and was helping me out with some curly hair products. As I was standing there smelling the Sticky Dates product a woman named Alexia came up and helped me. She showed me more of the sticky dates products, which made me want to purchase the product even more . She even sent me home with some samples ! Their kindness Made me feel so welcome !! 💐💗

If I can give more than 5 stars I would clean store friendly service and Racheal was amazing and knows the products very sweet person. Will go buy more products in the future.

The store employees seem to forget that buying here is not a necessity. The racism here is very sad for a store against cruelty. The employee with ginger/orange hair was extremely rude (although only to brown women from what I’ve gathered).
I can tell there is a management problem. I can’t tell if they are young adults or teenagers with the attitudes I saw.

The last couple of time I have been greeted with some passive aggressiveness from employees. The first time the employee seemed annoyed that were trying thing out in the store and when I went to ask if they had a product in stock he seemed annoyed. The second time I was shopping with my children when an employee came and asked them if the wanted to try a bathboom, so I let them. When another employee came in annoyed questioning them like they did something wrong. I was about to buy something but i decided it was best if I didn’t. This store does not feel welcome and I generally think it’s because of my skin color. Every time i have worked into this I feel like am being watched.

The associate who helped me yesterday afternoon at Lush ABQ Uptown was so helpful and sweet! I was restocking old faves and had a question about hair products which she had great answers for. She recommended Revive which smells so good and gave me a sample of Supermilk. I shop online frequently but love buying in store for the fun and friendly experience like that ?

I've been coming here almost every month for about a year and I have nothing but positive things to say; the staff are friendly and helpful and will help you find what products will be best for your skin/hair type, the interior of the store is great and full of sinks where you can test every product as they are VERY generous with samples, and the products themselves work amazing and smell even better, every time I'm in uptown I stop by for a good scent refresh and to check out their new collaborative products.

Rachel was the absolute sweetest! I initially went in for a sample of a face mask and she addressed my skin type and we went from there. I was able to get a sample of the mask I was wanting to try along with an additional sample of another mask. I love the customer service at this location.
