My partner and I stopped in about an hour ago to pick up a few specific things for an event, knowing little about makeup and being honestly a little trepidatious about the whole thing. The lady who helped us was incredible, a total angel. She went through our list and explained how things worked, did our foundation matching, and overall completely set our minds at ease. I only regret that I didn't get her name to call up the chain with a commendation!

Horrible communication/Service, I got there 30mins before closing I know it’s inconvenient to come into a store so close to closing but sometimes because work and then drive an hour to get to your store sometimes you gotta do what you can! drove 2 hours to get to the store 30 minutes before it closed and the store was closed early. this is really disappointing considering i called earlier to make sure the store closed when i would get there because there was an item i really needed to have before an upcoming trip. call it bad planning on my part but it’s highly disappointing making the trip to get there on time before the store closed to be met with closed doors and employees who looked visibly upset someone would come to the store 30 mins before closing. my bad.

BIANCA IS A LIFESAVER!!!!
long story short, I needed to learn how to do my own bridal makeup because my MUA last minute canceled on me. Bianca took my under her wing and taught me how to apply makeup for my big day. She was kind and patient and made sure I felt confident before I left.

Used to love the eyelash curler from here but now idk its not the same and the rubber keeps wanting to come up with every use I also bought the new lip glass lip plumper and it didn't do anything but make my lips more dry and the scent was wierd wouldn't recommend paying $25 for lipgloss that is worth the hype

Julio is amazing! My make up appointment for another place got canceled at the last minute, 15 minutes before I needed to be there. I call MAC Veronica answer informed me of how they do their services and was able to get in this morning. Julio did my makeup was super kind gentle and showed me every step to what make up he was putting on my face and made sure I liked it! Thank you guys soo much!! I got their serum to help my face glow and the white eyeliner to help my eyes pop more.

Kurteen was the absolute best! She did a walk in makeup session for my girlfriend for the goth ball. We learned some amazing tips for applying makeup for her bone structure and did amazing color matching! 10/10 recommend Kurteen and the amazing Mac products!LGBT friendly
