This store seems to go downhill each time I go in. I witnessed an obvious shoplifter walking through the store. Security at the front door should have noticed this guy. Shoplifter ran out the back door with merchandise setting off the alarm. Took awhile for a staff member to respond and when I described the guy she had an uncaring attitude about it. Security guy never walked to the back. Guess he can't leave his post? Don't know what the purpose was in having security and an old Albuquerque Police car parked in the front and a security camera in the parking lot. Obviously none of those things deters shoplifting. What a joke.

Ended up leaving stuff bc the check out line was taking forever and just NOT moving and all I see are cashiers yapping. Absolutely ridiculous

Love this store!!! But I just traveled 20 minutes to find out they were actually closed, when it says on Google Maps, they're open until 9pm. Hmmm.

Nice place to browse and shop with friendly staff. Some areas need a makeover, like the space in front of the dressing rooms on the right side of the store.

This is the far the best Marshalls I have been. I shop at TJMax, Ross, Marshalls, HomeGoods and etc., and this place is always organized and have high end items.Customer service is absolutely amazing and very kind. And the manager is there for help you and she is really serious about it, so please do not hesitate to ask.They do have plenty of toys although they lack in toddlers' clothing, so be aware if you wanna shop for kids.
