My wife and I knew it was time for a new mattress, so, we went back to Mattress Firm.We were met by Ernest Smolky (“Mr. Wonderful”) and the manager, Rey Haidari. Ernest helped us that day. He was very friendly, professional and just so easy to talk to and answer questions.We bought a Temperpedic mattress that day.We kept it for close to two months and it turned out to not be quite the right fit for us.We contacted the store and talked to Rey. ‘No problem, we’d be happy to help you pick the right one. Come on in.’We did come back and true to his word, he was as kind and helpful as Mr. Wonderful.They are both ‘Wonderful’. We do really enjoy our mattress and the experience.Double kudos to them.
