I love Maverik for the facilities and available snacks and shopping experience, even all the way up in Colorado Springs!
This particular location in the Land of Enchantment is no exception, save for the missing star; my timing may be off, but the last three visits to this site showed a slow pump response, taking about 30% longer to pump than average.
There may be an underlying issue at play, but the point y'all need to walk away with is that I keep coming back even with this slightly slower pump rate. Let that sink in.

This has been my go to gas station for like two years now. I'm considering going to a different maverick regularly from now on because I can't ever seem to get a frickin' receipt at the pump. Please, if you value our business, keep the receipt paper loaded.

Lots of people just hanging out with no clear business. There's slow lines for the gas pumps because some are broken and others take forever to pump. I've never had it take more than 5 min to pump 9 gallons before anywhere else. Avoid this place

Burritos are half the size they used to be and price keeps increasing. DONT BUY FOOD HERE !! the price used to be ok for what you got .I see maverick is getting as greedy as the rest

I am writing to express my disappointment with the consistent malfunction of the fountain machine at your locations. As a long-time customer, I have relied on this amenity, along with the availability of gas, when choosing to patronize your stores. However, my recent experience, particularly yesterday, has led me to reconsider my patronage. I will be directing my business to Speedway moving forward. The issue extends beyond this specific location and impacts other branches as well. The repeated experience of visiting a location with the expectation of resolved machine issues, only to find the problem persists, is understandably frustrating.

Worst customer service experience ever traveling through not even from here stop to use the bathroom. I was told I needed to buy something before I can use their bathroom. What is this world turning into forcing people to buy your product just so they can use your bathroom now i am Forsure not going to buy anything way to greet your customers who stop in

As a blue-collar worker, I used to stop on almost a daily basis by a maverick store in order to refill my 1 gallon jug of water. They were usually really nice and would let me do it for free, so as a common courtesy I would always make an additional purchase with the water. until recently when a worker said that I would have to start paying for the water. You would think there would be a degree of care and respect for the workers of this city and at the bare minimum allowing them to refill their water for free.

I just walked in the store and Maverick 1401 on Constitution and I walked in with my purse and they told me to get out because they just told me to get out and that was kind of rude of them of doing that you know what I mean and I'm never coming to you guys to store again so you have to control your employees control your securities because they get out of hand
