MCS was the best customer service I’ve had in ABQ. The installation of my water heater which the company picked up at Home Depot for me is so nice and he did an amazing job. Excellent service and I highly recommend Seniors like myself to call MCS. From Mrs Glauner

Update: 3 years later the unit I’m paying 15,000 is causing nothing but problems. The company tells me it’s because the new units are made poorly and aren’t expected to last as long as the old heavy duty one I replaced. Last night (Christmas Eve) my unit wouldn’t heat. This is the third time in as many months that something has happened to the dang thing. I tried to call the emergency line to put in for a call to come check it but they forgot to forward their calls today. (Go figure). So you just sit on hold listening to elevator music. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay away far far away. Miguel and Daniel were awesome they called when they left Albuquerque and arrived when they said they would. They installed my new ac and heater and water heater in less than 6 hours. They hauled all the trash and old units away and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Got HVAC installed about 2 yrs ago by MCS. Heater went out 5 days ago. I left 2 messages & marked them urgent. NO response. Husband called them, guy came out, was there about 20 minutes & charged us $160 but it did not solve the issue. (Discovered that we no longer have a warranty). Called an electrician, he diagnosed some stuff (don't want to say what just yet incase we have legal case). Let's just say we could've had a catastrophic event. I do not recommend using this company at all.

They don't answer their phone or call you back when you've left multiple messages. If they can't even do that, take that as a reflection of their customer service in all other areas. Save yourself the frustration -- do not use them!

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company use to be fast, responsive, reliable and honest. It is now under new management and I can not say that it holds those values any longer. Had made an appointment for a repair with this company and waited for them to arrive, no show and no call for an update. Called them myself and was told they would arrive later that evening. They arrived late and could not do any repairs due to the parts store was closed. Then was charged over 100 dollars for a visit that took 10 mintues. Why come to an appointment for a repair when you won't be repairing the appliance? I do not recommend this company to anyone, I recommend you take your business else where. They seem to be understaffed. They will come on here asking me to call them with my experience and concerns. But their call center and customer service is horrible as well. You are lucky if they pick up the phone or get a call back.Service: HVAC system repair

This company has just been so unresponsive as promised to my needs. All I ask is for the product and work I paid for to be done correctly. They make appts. which I take time off from work and no one shows up or calls, then I get the run around. So DISGUSTED with this company. I so regret choosing them to install my refrigerated air system. Issues are constant.I would never refer this company. Nothing but excuses!

I am so disappointed/disgusted with with this company. Several calls to fix on thing or another. After this last attempt to correct an issue bottom line is that it will cost me an additional $1600 to MAYBE fix the problem. The motor burned out and I was told that it was no longer under warranty and if I wanted one I needed to either wait 7 days or pay for the rush fee along with paying for a new motor. I actually had to do some investigative work myself to find out that the motor was still under warranty and they had plenty in stock! Now after this last attempt to fix another issue it's an extra 1600 and no guarantees. Your call if you so choose to use this company.

Driver tailgates and drives like he has really bad hypertension. I'm worried about him. Maybe he needs to change his career. Stop putting others at risk to drive 20 miles over the speed limit, dillweed.

MCS redid our entire HAVAC system. It took them 3 days total to pull everything out and install all new ducting and equipment. The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely when their work was complete.

Wish I could say what their service is actually like but unable to connect with anyone. Have been trying to get in touch with someone for a little over a week. Called nearly every day, mulitple times throughout the day. Left voicemails and sent an email. Must be exceptional or super busy since they dont answer phones or return calls. Maybe short staffed? Officially over attempting to contact this company, since there is no response.

After our longtime heating/cooling/plumbing company decided to stop offering 24/7 service, we reluctantly decided to find another company. A friend recommended MCS. Our first obstacle was trying to reach someone on the phone. A menu offered us options, none of which was clearly for new customers. I chose the number that seemed most likely to apply to us. There was no answer, so I left a message with my name, number, and reason for calling. After a week of hearing nothing, I tried again. This time I got someone. She explained the company did offer 24/7 service, and like our former company, offered a contract essentially making us preferred customers. In fact, they offer three grades of service. The person we spoke with (I'll call her Eve) sent us a copy of the contract options by email. My wife and I settled on one and I emailed Eve back saying we were ready to sign up and asking the next step. After waiting five days and hearing nothing back, I resent the email. After two days of not hearing anything back, I called the 888-1616 number. One of the options is a directory; I had Eve's name from the email, I got her direct number from the directory and called and left a message. After hearing nothing back, I called again the next day, only to get a message that the wireless customer I was calling was not available and to please try my call later. No voicemail option. As I scroll down recent Yelp entries about MCS, I notice the most recent one cite either poor customer phone service or an inability to get hold of anyone at all. Besides this post, I'm going to mail this review to the company (I'm sorry I don't know who the owner is) and I'm going to find a different company. Again, I regret losing our old company, but in my first five out of six contacts with MSC tell me this is not a desirable replacement.
