She was a little hard to understand. The music was very loud. Once she turned it down and spoke up and clearly. She was great! Although upon getting (2) new phones, I asked her about having to charge them? She said they were at 50%. Never advising us that chargers were not included. That is a major thing to not have once you have a new phone, insurance, case, clear cover. ect. We are still puzzled...but otherwise she was 90% on top of her job. I will go back, (for a charger) YS

I bought a phone and was assured that it would connect to my hearing aid and would not be a problem. Was also told that the phones I purchased were part of a bundle and to come back the next day and pick the rest of the bundle up as they had none in stock. Upon arrival the manager and the sales person that was their the night before saying it was a bundle looked at us and told us too bad it isn’t a bundle and we never said that. I am switching services as soon as possible.

I went to you Sage & 98 st store to make a payment as I hve done in the past.this repulsive girl at he counter told me she couldnt help me to make a payment and to call 611. I am going to find another phone company to switch to. She has cost you a customer. I hope to switch before 1-2019 but I am going to switch.
