I was lied to about my phone being stolen and not useable... when I had just told them I needed my telephone number to access my benefits. So I tried to call 611 to restart my service and the Sim card was not returned back to my phone. Witch was NOT stolen and is able to get switched to my account... this store is dis honest and take advantage of disabled customers I will never go back to this store it's full of thieves!! And the employee did not admit to having helped me!! How often do these employees do thi???

If I could give a no stars I would. The two employees working at the San Pedro store would not help my mom so I went and they still wouldn’t help. Had to go to another store and the girl there was awesome.

The sales guy tried to tell me that the Samsung A54 is a flagship phone and tried to talk someone into buying it and then he tried to tell me it's better then the Samsung S Series, Get someone that knows about phones to work there please.

It is better not to go to this place. My mother went to the store last Monday looking for an iPhone 11 and the seller wanted to charge her 100 dollars above the true price of the phone and when we asked her to speak to her manager, the manager just told her He responded to the seller to tell him to tell my mother that there was no longer any phone in the store. How long will there be disrespectful sellers who want to steal customers' money through lies and deception?

The worst service, the very despotic lady didn't even let us enter the store, thank you we found another location, and there they offered us the service we were looking for. I do not recommend hiring any service unless they change that person.

This store really closes at 7:30. I showed up saw someone moving around in the back, tried the door and nope. I even knocked and nothing. I called and it just rang and rang.
