I just don’t recommend it. I basically got scammed! Was told the tempered glass was included, never told I would have to pay for it or even asked. It was $35 when I could get one online for cheaper. Secondly I asked for the 4 for $100.00 was told you have to wait 2 days then call customer service something didn’t sit right with me so I called customer service and was told that that was false. That I didn’t have to wait. They added insurance without even asking! I won’t be back this isn’t okay especially this day in age. I work hard for my money just to be robbed for it! Don’t do it!

Electric location do people are for the staff is friendly though my first visit the gentleman I worked with was new and was misinformed and misinformed me to $45 extent over what I originally was going to pay and when I went back in on two separate occasions to pay my bill was never greeted and basically had to turn the frown upside down and make the staff smile before I left cuz it was that dreary but overall MetroPCS the service is legit

I went to purchase a charger… These rude unprofessional customer service people had the nerve to ask me if I could afford $20 to purchase one…. You don’t know me! I took my money and Business somewhere else! No one wants your stupid charger! LOL

These ladies did an amazing job of helping me resolve an issue I was having with my phone. They took the time to figure it out and did not let anything stand in the way of them resolving the issue. I highly recommend this location!!!

Don't ever order from metro online. Your order will get lost or they leave it where ever they want and there is no one to help you. You basically will have to pled your case with your bank to try and get your money back. For this reason I'm switching to a more responsible carrier. You lost my business forever!!!!

Let me be clear - this one star review is not specifically for this location. In general every Metro location that I have visited has been above average and even exceptional. This review is for the company in general. My husband lost his job due to the pandemic and I called to work out a way to keep my phone on (as I have 3 kids, a husband with medical concerns and a job that requires that I be able to be reached between the hours of 5 am and 10 pm. Since I had used my 72 hour extension, they said that they couldn't do anything to help me unless I paid something. In general I have no issue with this as you shouldn't get something for nothing, but I explained that we literally do not have any money in the bank. We are overdrawn between my husband's medical expenses and paying for our housing. I am sorry, but I will always choose housing, food and medicine for my family above paying for the cell phone. However, that doesn't mean the cell phone isn't necessary - it absolutely is. I asked to speak to the supervisor and explained the situation again and again, she said that she couldn't help me. Then I asked for someone above her and she said that the outcome would be the same. She started with "Let me explain this to you...." and I cut her off. I told her that I don't need an explanation, but rather, I ned help and all I am asking for is 4 days which I will gladly pay for when I receive my paycheck on Friday. She said she couldn't help. So long story short - Shame on you Metro! I am sure I am not the only person in this predicament; therefore, during this unusual time with the pandemic interrupting and disrupting every one's lives, we should be helping each other get through this, not making it more frustrating. I waited patiently on hold and to be transferred to the supervisor and was not provided with any viable options for me. Now, I can't check on my husband; I cannot talk to my children (who by the way are on the East coast and I am in New Mexico for work - they were with their grandmother when the pandemic hit and travel was restricted, so I am not able to go get them to bring them home just yet -) who I haven't seen my children in months, so I took solace in talking to them; I manage a kitchen staff at a skilled nursing facility/nursing home and they are now not able to get a hold of me if there is an emergency. This is an all around bad situation and I really wish Metro would have helped. I have been a customer for a long time and all of my family has Metro as well - well, we are leaving. I was shown today just how important I am to therm. I don't help their bottom line until Friday; therefore, I don't matter to them until Friday. I will find a different carrier.

I'm only leaving this review because of Leslie. She was absolutely AMAZING. Though we only spoke over the phone about a warranty issue, she was so kind and understanding. She was patient with me and the issues I had, and she made sure everything was resolved to the best of her ability. I know she works off commission, but she really needs a raise or some recognition in the least!! I have been with Metro for years, and their employees are always the best, but Leslie was by far greatest!! Thank you Leslie!!!
