It remains a reliable spot for nice and helpful employees and is considered the best place for all framing needs, supplying a better quality product than anyone else. However, reviews note it is no longer the best spot for all craft supplies, with lots of empty shelves and very limited staff to help on the sales floor, which was disappointing. The store can be quite pricy for the quality, and they don't have a handle on their inventory, as the website often lists items that are plainly not in stock. I go there all the time I don't really like that they made it a scan yourself out.

Love walking around and seeing all the art supplies, but I do feel the price is a little high for the quality, better or more often sales would make me like Micheal’s more… Hobby Lobby definitely has better products for cheaper, or at least better, more frequent sales.

First time shopper at this store and I loved it! Associates at this store were very nice and helpful. We went there to pick up balloons for my son's birthday. The store offered a variety of items which I liked. I would shopper here again.
