I came here after trying to get an oil change at 2 different places and Virginia and Cornelius saved me from heartache and my pockets from hurting. They were immediately welcoming and willing to help. Virginia is very personable and helpful. They gave me information that other places probably wouldn't have. I definitely will be back when I need answers or help fixing something. Great experience!

Went in for a free brake inspection. Virginia was sweet over the phone while making the appointment, well different story in person. I had a quote for about 2000 on an oil change and to replace brakes and motors , they stated a lip in the rear motor, but didn’t not want to show me, I told her I couldn’t pay that and I’m able to change the oil at home but I will be giving them a call back in regards to my brakes. She then starts screaming loud in front of my face to the guys in the back saying “take her car down she said she can do it all herself.” (Which physically hurt my ears due to having hearing aids it gave high pitched feedback .) Then the men and everyone in the lobby began looking and laughing at me , maybe because I’m a woman. Not too sure, why it was so hilarious that a woman can change her own oil. I have never felt so humiliated. I have gone here for over a span of 10 years and as of today I will no longer be going at all.

The lady at the desk was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. I went in for an oil change and they got me in and out quickly, while still taking the time to check the vehicle out. Definitely recommend this location.
