Took my truck in for just a diagnostic check and estimate on the repairs I needed and Craig the mechanic pointed out a lot more repairs that were needed. Now usually this is cause for anyone to say no and just walk away cause who wants to spend more money right? Well the repairs that he suggested were ones that could cause my truck to take a shit on me at any moment and leave me stranded. It's a good thing I had Craig really give it a thorough check cause I legit thought it only needed a small tune up. He was able to make suggestions that kept the cost down too. And was able to get it done by the next day. My truck is as good as new and running better than it has in a long time. I don't ever really leave reviews on places but I'm really impressed with Craig's work and his customer service. Thanks again bud!

I recently took my car to Midas for some much needed repairs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was running smoothly. The last shop I took my car to was no where near as professional!
A special shoutout to Craig, the mechanic, who worked on my car. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs in detail. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, but his attention to detail and expertise made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. You can tell immediately that he's worked on cars for quite a while! It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves—my car is running better than ever!
I also should mention Lance, the manager, for outstanding customer service and how professional he was. He made the entire process so easy, from scheduling my appointment to keeping me updated throughout the repairs. He was honest about pricing which it's rare to find a shop that doesn't try to get one over on you!! He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel valued as a customer.
If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop, I highly recommend Midas. With a team like Craig and Lance you can expect excellent service and quality work every time. I'll be taking back other vehicles I have and recommend them to everyone I know who needs car repairs!
