I've taken my car here 2x this year. First for an oil change & with their knowledge, let me know my brakes needed to be fix & gave me an estimate of how long I was able to drive my car before it becomes serious. & they gave me an estimate of the cost. That helped me to know how much time I had to save up the funds. It was a great experience especially since I had taken my car months before to another location and they never checked my brakes, nor did the dealership months before (& I had mentioned I was hearing a noise). Lorenzo was so nice & honest, I ended up taking my mom's car there for an oil change & my sister's as well.. plus he remembered me. That was awesome.

I just came in here today for oil change. Their service was fast and professional. After the service, the manager even explained to me everything about the conditions of my car in detail. Such a great experience I have ever had for a while. Definitely be back next time!!!

I brought my car in at 11am and was told there was one car ahead of me for an alignment, I should be able to pick up by 1pm. Then got a call at 1pm asking to push the pick up time to 2 or 3. When I arrived at 3:30 I was told "we didn't do your alignment, there were a few other vehicles ahead of you." To which I responded, "that were bumped in front of me?" And the technician said "yeah." So that's how these guys do business. I don't have the time to waste getting disrespected by this company.

I went to have my brake light and headlight bulbs replaced. I worked with Virginia front counter and Renzo manager. They provided the most phenomenal service I’ve ever had. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be returning. Honest, professional, all around Stellar Service. Personally, I had a phenomenal experience at this Midas. Their marquee reads "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT." I was a no-appointment walk-in on a Saturday morning, and they still had my oil change done in 1 1/2 hours. No upselling at all--their only upsell recommendation was the cabin air filter (which I knew about and replace yearly myself). Travis, the assistant manager, was FANTASTIC. I didn't need to talk to the manager personally, so I have no review of him. But I would recommend this Midas location in a heartbeat.

Oil change done on my car. A few days later car started smoking. I went back to them. They told me it was 1 quart low & added a quart. A week layer it started smoking again & service engine light & a message engine power decreased. Worried me , I took it to Autozone to run a test. It showed oil sensor problem. I went to see about getting it serviced to find out it was 5 quarts low on oil.

This location had my car for three weeks. Is my car fixed after 3 weeks and almost $1000? Nope. My car still has the same problems and the engine light is still on. The first time it was "fixed" they told me everything was good only for the engine light to turn back on 10 min after I left the shop. I took it back a second time only for the engine light to turn on once I hit the highway. Go to a mechanic you trust because it isn't this one.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service, above and beyond by Renzo, the manager and Paul! Took time to explain the diagnostics and helped me prioritize what needed to be addressed first for safety! Great job! Renzo and Paul were so beyond helpful when it came to our emergency repairs. They went above and beyond and explained everything in great detail, along with being friendly and comforting. We would've been stranded without them. We are so grateful for them. 10 stars if I could.

Midas on Juantabo is the worst place you can go! If there was an option to put 0 stars I would have done that. PLEASE BE CAREFUL the manager Jerome Is a fast talker, he WILL add in parts, services and fees you don't need!! Once you realize he's done this he turns out to be a monster when questioned!! He's rude, prejudice against women, this is according to his own staff! When going further up the chain to Mike he offered no apology and no investigation of the overcharges. Jerome has managed to run off all the mechanics due to unethical behavior when overcharging customers, don't trust this review? Go drive by the shop is closed and the only one working there is Jerome!!! Shady, shady location! Midas is a franchise so the owners and managers can do what they please! Called corporate twice and filed a complaint and they haven't responded. Also beware of advertised discounts like AARP, law enforcement or any other discount! He offers it and then says he can't give it to you because he cut you a break in other areas which he fast talks his way out of!! JUST PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
