Went in today because I knew exactly what I wanted which was a nectar collector. I went to the section and while I was waiting for the "worker" to put down her cell phone and help me, I was looking at a "goody bag." Which is a combination pack of accessories but had a lot of collecting trays so wasn't for me because I don't use them and plus the girl with bar clothes on who was behind the counter couldn't even tell me the price once she looked up from her screen. I said "wack" because she was not only rude but didn't know her product offerings. She then proceeds to tell me that I don't have to buy it with her self-contradictory smug attitude. I said I wasn't going to and she immediately tells me that I don't have to shop there. I start walking out as I obviously wasn't going to be at this establishment anymore. This upset me so much I sarcastically thanked her for her wonderful customer service and very accurately called her a female canine. I never get upset, and she was so rude and bad at her job that she lost a sure 5 minute $50+ sale and pushed me to a point that is unacceptable for reasons that had nothing to do with me. This was easily the most unprofessional shopping experience of my 35 years and this girl simply needs an entire new outlook on life less alone to not be in a customer service job position. There are plenty of other hourly jobs I'm sure she might be qualified to do, so please don't let her talk to the public. God Speed.Update: 01/01/2024It's been over three years since my above encounter at this smoke shop, so I decided since I was visiting my friend Reuben on his birthday in the cottonwood mall area that I would try another visit again due to the convenience it offered at the moment as time was of the essence and I didn't want to leave without getting him a present for his annual day of self celebration. Oh boy, things haven't changed much with this place. This time it was a young gentleman that also didn't seem to comprehend that he is in a customer service position. My friend was looking for a smaller glass bubbler with an oil burner that could easily be transported and knew exactly what he wanted. When we asked if they had anything like that, he simply responded "nooo" in a very monotone yet cartoonish manner. I then asked the guy again out of complete shock as he must not have understood me as a smoke shop without oil burners was outside my realm of comprehension. He then replied again; "nooo" the exact same way. My friend and I looked at each other with grins and I decided to just go look for myself. Within 30 seconds I found a stand alone oil burner but was 18 gauge so knew it was going to take a bit of work but with adapters we could easily get what we needed. We then asked him to get the oil burner I found and to point us to the bongs he had in 18 gauge Incase by chance they had anything smaller. He then says that they only have the bongs on top to fit the 18 gauge but they were expensive. Where does management find all these perfect balance of judgemental attitudes and absolute horrendous customer service abilities to represent their store? I then proceeded to make sure they knew I wanted two, in that case since I didn't ask the price; yet was made aware of it. As much as I wanted too, I still couldn't as the problem was that none of them were small enough to transport. They were all large multi-percolator bongs that also came with a millimeter of dust on them. So I then asked if there was anyone else who could help us as I could not stop laughing due to my friend making the situation absolutely enjoyable as every few seconds he would repeat the words "nooo" out loud in his best attempt to mimic the worker. He made the unbearable situation still have joy. The security guard of all people came in to save the day and knew exactly where the piece we were looking for was. He led us to the back corner and pointed out the right size with an already long ste

First timer here. I’ve always been about promoting small businesses, and have always treated everyone with respect and kindness.However, this place is TRASH. Their customer service, trash. Their products, trash.They were super low on stocks that they had to push on the stuff they had sitting in the back for ages. (Wonder why?)Whoever the security guard is thinks they know so much about the market that they made such a fool of themselves. They said they’ve worked in the business for a long time but have no idea how much has changed. Sounds to me like they need to be re-educated. Very disrespectful person. After they yelled at me from across the room, I just put my head down and walked away because I felt very unsafe. Maybe I’ll give it another try, but I think I’ll just stick to driving a few extra miles to another spot…. I’m good.

It's been over a year since I've been here and I'll never go again they dont think vapes go bad like the juice in disposables doesn't go dry and they sell to kids and doesnt id anyone I so happen to have this place pop up in stuff to leave a review and thats what happend last time and i never went again and I still wont and i dont recommend this place due to the fact they sell to underage teens

This place is now called “sky high smokeshop”, same location.I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. Today I went in to buy an elf bar and when I tested it everything was well, I got to the car and hit it a couple more times while driving and it was hard to breathe & my throat started hurting. I did a little research on elf bars and how they can easily be faked. I went back into the smoke shop and asked to scan the box to verify if it was real and on the elf bar website it popped up as an imitation (fake). I asked for a refund and the guy I talked to told me “your lips touched it I can’t refund you” (I understand that if it’s a legit vape and there’s nothing wrong with it, but this was not the case). I then asked to speak to the lady who sold them to me (she was extremely kind the entire time) and she was understanding and I explained the differences of my real elfbar I had prior and the fake, she then told the guy to call their manager. He came back out and told me that the manager said they would refund me the money but that I was no longer allowed there. I did nothing, I didn’t cause a scene, I was extremely calm the entire time and never once was rude about being sold a fake. I would always recommend this place to friends, but after today, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. And to the girl who was there helping me today, if you see this, I appreciate all of your kindness and help throughout this.

There's some good stuff sometimes but the staff there are really bad with customer service. My friend and I walked around the whole store and not a single time was I helped. There were multiple people behind the counters just talking and hanging out instead of helping customers.

My sister just had a bad experience at this shop due to bad business practices, and untrustworthy management. I believe you should do your research before shopping here! Check your vapes! Been going to this place for years and I bought a vape and it was just completely weird. I couldn't breath after I hit it and it burned my throat. As some may already know fake vapes are going around so I went back into the store to talk to one of the employees about getting the box of the vape I purchased so I could scan it. I scanned the vape and on the actual website for elf bars popped up saying "warning this product is an imitation" meaning it was indeed a fake vape. The worker I talked to was extremely rude when I brought up the fact of the vapes saying there's nothing he can do and no one will give me any help with it including the manager witch to me wa not cool. If I'm buying something I expect it to be legit. He was short Hispanic with curly hair I should of asked for names. After that we asked to talk to the girl who originally rang us up. She was completely helpful and sweet she made the guy call the manager for us and we got a refund. She helped way more from this situation after we got our refund the same guy came out and said the manager said we were banned from the store. i think that's comple uncalled for considering they are selling fake vapes lol. So make sure to scan your vapes guys!

It's called Sky High now. Great staff, always willing to answer questions, knowledgeable about their products. I'm kindof an older person, and this is like a young people store, but they're always friendly to me, I never feel uncomfortable in there
