We bought 2 dresses from this store. The three people working were super helpful. I tried on several dresses, not really sure what I wanted as this was the first time formal dress shopping. The workers prefer to help you with the zippers rather than customers' friends zipping you up. They don't want you to accidentally rip the zipper. After you find the dress you want, they offer their alteration services for a small charge. We bought the dresses on Sunday and they were ready for pick up on Wednesday. So helpful and fast. Thank you so much!

My granddaughters quince just passed thank God. My granddaughters god mother did the mistake in ordering her dress from this store beautiful dress but the service not professional at all . Three days before the event I went to pick up the dress they said it wasn’t ready that my daughter didn’t inform them when it would be picked up.which was a lie because she went day before they told her it would be ready next day that’s why I went . With quince so close she was running around on last minute things. Went back two hours later like they said it would be ready got the dress but not the full package missing sign in book doll ,shoe pillow ,knife spatula her bouquet didn’t even match when god mother went to inform them what was happening between 3 women verbally attacked her we trued calling numerous time they never answer went by several times not there it’s really hard to deal with.just beware if planning on doing business with them.

I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. They were wonderful and very helpful! Last min bridesmaid shopping and she was able to get me fitted for a dress and alterations for the next day. I will definitely be coming again and referring! Very affordable and beautiful dresses!

The worst experience ever my Goddaughters Nina paid for my daughters quince dress and everything that goes with it IN FULL 6 Months before and the day of they still didn’t have my daughters things they couldn’t find anything the things they gave me didn’t even match my daughters dress ? then they turned around and blamed everything on my Comadre for not picking it up her self 3 girls Verbally attacked her . They never answer there phone and are closed most of the time

I went today to try on dresses for an event and the lady was being very pushy and rude made it seem like we should buy something and just go gave off a lot of attitude. Just all around very bad experience would not go back.

Very difficult to work with. No one is ever there durning open hours. It is a hit and miss to find anyone working. Don’t even bother calling the phone number because no one ever answers or calls back.

Es una tienda muy surtida. Pero los dueños les ase falta mucho de cómo tratar al cliente solo platicó nuestra experiencia. Se supone que ordenas camisas te toman medidas pero a la mera hora no CUMPLEN. El día antes de la quinceañera nos aviso la dueña que no tenía las camisas eran las 11 pm. Y nos dijo que las tendría y si las tuvo pero en diferentes medidas 4 niños no les quedaron así que los chanvelanes tuvieron que llevar de otro color . Después fuimos a ablar con la dueña y se molestó estaba su esposo y el muy despota dijo por $50 dolares lloran. No es eso si no que no cumplen con lo acordado. Mucho cuidado mi jente es lo que nos paso

Seemed decent up until the items were ordered but trying to pick them up was impossible. You never know when someone will be working. Hours of operation mean NOTHING And they never answer the phone. Be cautious.
