I love Nambe I normally shop at the Nambe store at Cottonwood and only there! But now that I went into the Nambe store on Paseo I am only going to shop at this location for now on..

Stopped in today to purchase a tea pot. 1 person offered help but it felt very cold there. It’s a very unpleasant atmosphere there with the staff. Will never go there again. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to. The employees there need training in customer service. There are other Nambe stores to shop at. I’ve never had that experience at the Nambe on Coors. They are pleasant and want the business.

I am very disappointed with the 10 place settings that I purchased from Nambe. The Pop series I purchased has spider lines in the majority of the dishes. I contacted the store manager and she said she’d get back to me. She has not. I tried again. It’s been over a year and I have yet to hear from the store manager. I do not want these dishes. Poor choice for a lot of money!

Staff were very rude. One team member offered to help everyone in the store but me. The team member who rang up my sale gave me as little information as possible regarding my question about replating older Nambe pieces. I made a purchase yesterday and I'm returning it today.

Helpful and friendly staff pretty, limited stock especially around the holidays. This may be related to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions. Very good at notifying customers when items sought are in stock.[Edit]I went in after the holiday rush and found the miniature nativity item I was looking for. The staff recognized me, remembered I was looking for that particular item and gave me the holiday sale price stating “If we had it in stock, you would have bought it during the sale.” Excellent treatment.
