Navy Federal advertised a 5.9% on a 60 month auto loan, but they won’t actually give anyone the 5.9% when it comes to the underwriting. I have perfect credit, and I went through their process and no dice. They won’t give any feedback on why. Bad business, please be aware. Don’t waste your time like I did. I’ll get with the BBB.

Love this location & the staff just wish I didn't have to drive so far! Maybe add one in Rio Rancho lol! But on a serious note Having just one in the whole state is not very accessible to those that live far away:)

They flat out refused to cash a check that was drawn from this location on the grounds that "they dont take temporary ID's"

My debit card's numbers have already faded, after getting a brand new card 2 months ago. When I tried to call Navy FCU to request a new card, they tried to refuse to send me a new card. They started telling me that I could just "tap" my card whenever I go. When I asked them how I was supposed to enter the card info on apps like Shop or PayPal, they pretended not to know what I was talking about. After 3 different conversations, I finally managed to get someone to agree to send me a new card, I guess. We will see if one show up in the mail. Going forward, I guess we are just going to have to lie and say we lost our card. Thanks Navy FCU.

Hate the new remodel. Everything else is fine. Great support. Helpful employees. Hardly ever a wait.But seriously, that remodel is horrible.You come in and are greeted by a restaurant server podium. I can't imagine that is great for any employee. Then the people that help you are not even in cubicles. It's completely open and I'm not ok discussing my financial issues out in the open.

They have a table setup with all kinds of "free" goodies, but won't give you any unless you discuss the mobile app with them, even if you've been a member for 10 years. Good luck accessing your mobile banking once you forget your secret questions. Zero help. Bank elsewhere.

This branch is an excellent representative of the fiscally responsible and responsive credit union I've done business with since 1969. Ms. Adreina Mora is a particularly excellent person to do business with. She calmly and efficiently handled a multi-step transaction to cash some 30-year-old bonds, and gave me clear and helpful information about a transaction I'm contemplating. Highest recommendations!

The place is under construction and there was a line at the teller. I asked the lady at the counter to help me deposit some money (I had just sold a boatload of Girl Scout cookies ?) and she helped me print out a new debt card and make the deposit. Great service.

The worst bank ever! Their transactions credit/debit on your account is inconsistent and unreliable to a point you don't know what is going on with it. Their costumer service is also horrible with operators giving you sass that is not needed and their wait times are up to 30 mins!!!! Probably due to costumers calling in complaining about why they are a horrible bank! Do not go with them find a different credit union because these guys will screw you over!

I have been a member for 37 years now, but I am leaving this credit union because their service has become atrocious. I joined while I was in the Navy and they used to watch out for their members, but now they let just about anyone join and they only care about their bottom line. The last straw for me was a fraudulent charge on my credit card by a hotel. I disputed the charge because the hotel canceled my reservation due to the hotel being overbooked. I gave Navy federal a copy of the cancellation email, but they want me to prove to them that the reservation was refundable and denied my dispute. Of course they are trying to blame VISA. If you decide to use this credit union, do not use their credit cards. You will have no protection. As for me, I will find another institution.
