This is the worst Dental Lab in the country. Unfortunately the lab technicians do not have the capability to provide quality work. I had a case that the pt could not come to get his denture due to medical complications in his life. He came in 6 months later and the denture was in complete crossbite. The lab would not issue refund and would not work with us to provide new one. I had to pay another lab to have the work done.

I have had terrible problems with my teeth over the years and could not get partials that fit well. I hated to go out to eat. It was a constant embarrassment.

The entire staff at NDX Ideal Dental Laboratory went so far above and beyond any expectations I had. I was miserable before going. My denture fit poorly and eating every meal was a struggle. My back teeth didnt even touch when I bit down!

Its remarkable when you witness professionals that have no idea of the impact that people have when they receive the level of quality produced from the services they provide. I experienced this first hand. I was afforded this opportunity after Justin from this lab was contacted by my Dentist Anthony Edwards agreed along with Adrianna to meet with me and noted any adjustments that would be needed in the attempt for me to get the results I described of my expectations in what my dentures would look like. I returned 2 days later to try on the result of that meeting, and for the first time since starting the process of getting dentures my tears were of joy not sorrow when I looked in the mirror for the first time in almost two years what I saw was identical to the me in my memory that I had before a horrific fall resulting in having to have all of my teeth pulled.
