Terrible service. Went in with a picture of a pair of New Balance shoes.There were two ladies up front. The young lady, I was speaking to, said hello, and I indicated I had a picture of some shoes, and whether or not they had them in stock, or if they could be ordered. A gentleman appeared from around the corner. He was not friendly. I first informed him that I had a picture of the shoes I was looking for. I showed him the picture. He stated; quote, “ they were turf shoes” and he did not have them. Again, won’t mention his name. He indicated that he was the store manager. I would think any store manager, would be helpful and try to make a sale, or find a pair of shoes, for a consumer. Not this manager. Instead, he pointed to what he called; “coaches shoes” as they had the same sole, as the black and gold turf shoes. Again, in good faith, I asked the store manager, if the coaches shoes were in black in gold. He shrugged me off, and said no, in a very rude tone! At that point, as I was leaving, I informed him in very polite, yet direct tone, “you don’t have to be rude to me”. Obviously, he was not helpful. Nor friendly. I left the store, and immediately, contacted customer service, to address my complaint. The gentleman who took my call was extremely friendly and respectful. He even made a gallant attempt to search the shoes I was looking for, on his end. As well, as sent me his email, so I could send him a picture of the shoes I was searching for. All I can say, and I informed the gentleman in customer service. I will never, ever go back to that New Balance store. As a decorated, and 100 percent disabled veteran. Any veterans out there, or anyone who is reading this. I would not recommend this store to anyone, due to the lack of customer care, and rudeness that I received, from the store manager. I repeat, store manager.

had an amazing experience had really bad foot pain and the manager gave me amazing service let me try on multiple pairs of shoes and inserts and explained what would help my problem, I believe his name was Teddy, he was very respectful and helpful 10/10 service!

I really wanted to support this little store, but the couple of times I have been there, the service has been very poor. The first time I went, there were 3 employees, and none were interested in helping me, so after browsing for 5–10 minutes, I left. The second time I was in here, I had to return a pair I had purchased online, and for some reason they could not find the purchase number and wouldn't accept my return (I was able to return via mail). So that was annoying. And again, the employees were not friendly and didn't even attempt to ask me if I wanted to try a different pair of shoes; I had to browse on my own and ask them to try on a pair, which I ended up buying (though, in hindsight i should have given them my business).

The manager at the Cottonwood location is very rude and dishonest. I was double charged for an item that I later returned. I was never told of the double charge until my bank made me aware of it. I believe the manager did this on purpose so his day would not show a negative transaction due to my return. I have logged a dispute with my bank and I expect a full refund. Do not do business at this location.

10/10 best experience I have ever had shopping for any footwear. They allowed me to try on probably 4 or 5 pairs going over all the benefits of each. He was very considerate and did a great job of helping me.

They had the shoes my daughter wanted after visiting several other shoe stores that didn't. Sloan was helpful towards us right away and was very thoughtful about our preferences.

Rude staff; the woman who assisted me had a attitude including eye rolling and high school mean girl tactics. For example, I leaned in to hand her my custom orthotic insole not noticing she was lacing the shoes she had just taken out of the box, and she just looked at me as she continued to lace the shoes very slowly. Every time she passed her co worker to go into the back, she would stop and make a comment to him, followed by him staring me down. I would rather buy shoes online than suffer through this low quality customer experience.

Bought a pair of shoes $160.00 wore them 5 times when I noticed the tongue on the right shoe what's 3/4 " shorter than the left. When I got back in town ( work on east coast) I went back to the store and showed them the defect they told me I was out of luck I only have 45 days to show them defects. I guess I won't be shopping here anymore maybe Nike will want my business. Moral of the story is check the product you're buying over before leaving the store they will sell you defective products they make more money selling defects and blemished shoes.

I had just had major surgery, and my wife was looking for a new pair of shoes for me to help balance stability and coordination. As soon as they saw what kind of condition I was in, they both helped my wife get me seated comfortably and listened to our preferences intently and both returned promptly with several different options for me to try on. Thanks so much.
