One of the best shops for mtg and other trading card accessories. Some of the friendliest people as well

Went in to buy some Lorcana booster packs. Bought the “treasure trove” under the impression that it came with two extra decks- and talked through my reasoning for wanting to buy it (in front of the cashier) because we thought it was the best deal for the money because we thought that it came with two decks, plus the box and the eight booster packs. I got home and opened the box only to find out it only came with the booster packs, 3 boxes and damage counters. When the cashier said it came with “deck boxes” I was under the clear impression that meant two whole decks- not just boxes to hold the decks, especially since we knew that it came with a bigger box especially for holding the cards. I had opened the outer box already to see what was inside, and as a result, I couldn’t return the item. Very disappointing experience and spent a lot more money than I would have had I known that it didn’t come with actual decks. Probably won’t be shopping here again :(

Love this shop, small yet packed full of goodies! Great selection on magic cards (including singles and even some cheap $1 packs) with knowledgeable staff! Would recommend to anyone who visits!

We went there this weekend. Our 9 year old Dro just recently started showing interest in Pokémon. I found Old Town Hobbies and Games online. We took Dro Saturday for Kids Pokémon and everyone there was amazing. They not only taught Dro how to play, they took the time to answer all of our questions (and we sure had a lot). We went back today, they told us about some old cards we had (so informative). We bought stuff for Dro to start his new hobby and never felt pressured to buy anything or sell any of our cards (even though it turns out one was kinda valuable). They even let us know what was appropriate for a beginner they did not up sale items to us. While we were there we saw lots of kids and regulars going in and out, which goes to show how nice, friendly, kowledgeable staff the staff are. We highly recommend.

The owners are wonderful. I really love the atmosphere they are able to keep up. Very knowledgeable about both Pokémon and MTG and have great in person events each week. Keep up the good work!

A great store and, more importantly, staffed with great people. I highly recommend this spot. I am sad I couldn’t come down from Santa Fe again before my time in NM was over.

Nice little store in a convenient spot — but their prices are exorbitant, at least on their dice. They are charging more than TWICE what I've recently paid elsewhere for the same dice sets, and FOUR TIMES as much for individual dice (TWELVE times as much for d20s), while having relatively little selection for both. I haven't price-compared the rest of their products, but if they are anything like they dice prices, this isn't the place I'd be buying them unless I was in a bind about it.Edit, in response to the owner's reply: I appreciate you replying to this. I do not know anything about the supply chain for gaming accessories or the MSRP. But I can tell you what I purchased, for how much, where, and when — unless my memory has failed me horribly. I purchased a black polyhedral dice set with white numbering, identical to one you have for about $12, for about $5 in April at Collectormania in Parker, CO — along with an identical set that was gray with black numbering for the same price. And I purchased a full set of individual loose dice at 25¢ each, including the d20s, in February at Crit Castle Games in Aurora, CO. I realize prices can vary by region, and expect them to do so, but that seems to be a big discrepancy.

It's small but it has a lot of charm. I went on a Monday looking for some Magic cards and Andre was super nice, helpful, really knowledgeable, and super personable. This is my go-to card shop and I highly recommend it to anyone who is into any TCG.

I walked into the store to buy some cardboard savers and card sleeves when I walked in. I felt immediately welcomed. These guys are awesome people. I ask them if they sold cardboard savers they didn’t have any so instead the nice guys inside gave me the cardboard, savers card holder and the penny holder I needed to submit my card to PSA I will recommend anybody to go there to this establishment and this is my way of saying thank you to them

After my first buy in store, I had some codes that were pre-redeemed from a deck box. Originally, I thought it was an issue of the store. However, I was personally contacted by the owners to discuss the issue. They contacted their suppliers regarding the situation, and even replaced my codes. They appear to have a very trustworthy community and truly care about their work/integrity.
