the providers are great. the support structure does not exist. i'm looking for other healthcare systems. if i have to go to urgent care, you get to pay my copay.

Optum call back service is absolutely horrible! I was running out of meds and needed the doctor to re-authorize it again with my pharmacy and I was told that someone will call me as soon as possible…well, it has been a week and a half, 4 calls, and only 2 days left on my meds today! And I’m still waiting for a call...
