I never wait more than 10 minutes to be called into Dr's office and no more than 5 minutes after the assistant takes my appointment vitals. I don't mind going to the Optum location on Montgomery. It is always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Koenigsberg at Optum is the best. He's professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. He listens carefully and provides excellent advice and medical treatment.

The receptionists and providers have been wonderful, but my PCP left the practice and they had no back-ups. This has happened twice in the last year
