Needed 2 parts for riding lawnmower; sent my wife with old parts so my wife could show the salesperson exactly what was needed. Before leaving the store, my wife asked the salesperson if both parts were in the bag with the new parts and if the new parts were the needed sizes. She was very specific in naming the parts and pointing to the old parts. She was told that with the new one the two parts were attached. Unfortunately, he only sold the one part and it was not the correct size. When I called on the phone, the salesperson 's response was, " I guess I got it wrong then."

Not helpful, this is an odd location. I like my local O'Reilly's. But we were having trouble with idle and hesitation in my mother's SUV while visiting relatives. It's been very hot in ABQ lately and there is no shade out front. The staff was more hesitant than the SUV to make recommendations. They didn't want to come outside to take a look or use the code reader to check the PCM for any history. There was no check engine light even though it was running very rough. But because I said there was no check engine light, they didn't even want to try. I purchased a $90 throttle position sensor but the blades on their new TPS part were wider than the old one. I didn't want to force the plug to fit so I just returned it. I'll go elsewhere. The store is well-kept, clean inside and out. It's located in a nice area and I expected the same great service as my local shop. Unfortunately, this location was not staffed with folks focused on assisting customers. I'll try the one on San Mateo.

Jacob was an excellent employee. I had an issue with my vehicle overheating over an hour from my home and have little background in mechanical work. He got on the phone with my husband and together they tracked down the issue and the solution. Jacob then lended my funnels and filled my car with oil and coolant to ensure I could make it home in good shape. He was kind, courteous and a excellent representative for O-reilly's. He truly aided a damsel in distress and was very humorous to help me calm down! Well done Jacob, you deserve a raise!

Superb, friendly service. Zak helped us so much. We previously purchased new wiper blades that were defective and within minutes he righted the situation, got the correct ones, and installed them for us! I use this store for all my auto shopping.

Just spent over an hour dealing with the lack of knowledge and poor customer service at this place. I took my old battery in and the attendant failed to tell me it was under warranty. I bought a new battery for $225. When I got home, I did some research and the battery was indeed under warranty. I took the new battery back and it took yet another 30 minutes to get the refund. The line was so long people were walking out. When they finally got to me, it took less than a minute to process the refund. Definitely will not be back.
