While they did a good job on my dog Lunas haircut, I do have a few complaints. Her shedding honestly seems worse after bringing her home and she yells and won't even let me touch her paws after her nails were cut, which is out of the ordinary. I also got the runaround 5 hours in when I called to see if they were done with her grooming. I was told 45 more minutes, an hour and a half passed so I decided to go there myself. When I got there, they asked for a name, and brought her out from one of the back cages. I was never contacted to inform me that she was done being groomed even though they assured me twice that they would call when she was done. There was no comment from anyone upon pickup about this or why it happened or literally anything besides a "bye." This is the second time I have come to this location and left a little disappointed. The first time I had them groom her with the Furminator and half of her body was not complete on pickup and they had actually called me that time.

We took both of my Mom's Yorkies to get groomed before Christmas. Not impressed, especially with the extra care we added to the service. They are cute, but they did not listen to how we wanted them cut, a very standard teddy bear cut. Basically, they just shaved them and groomed them to look like schnauzers, not like yorkies. I don't know why their mouth stink now, but we added the oral care to improve not to digress. That's okay though their hair will grow in soon enough, we just spent more than normal for all the extras and expected too much.
The store is great though, clean and staff is very professional, we will just find another groomer service.

As a customer, I barely go to that location, but as a DoorDash or me and my husband, we go there often to pick up stuff for the DoorDash people when they order it. but this time we had 10 items to pick up almost all of them were in heavy boxes, but why I’m putting this complaint we asked the nice gentleman at the front desk to help us because he’s a man he didn’t want to help us at all because he told us he didn’t want to help us because he didn’t want to do that job of picking up stuff but there’s nice girl who is maybe 5 feet she helped us and she moved things around for us. She was a great help, but that man at the front desk or cashier he was not helpful at all. He told us where the stuff was at, but when we needed his help because my husband has a bad arm and I’m a female barely can pick up stuff, he didn’t want to help. Just wanted to let you guys know you had a great helper with that chick, but not the guy.

Still there for about 10-15 minutes before you even acknowledge me still standing here said it would be a few minutes had to actually get someone's attention and then he turned around super rude and said we'll be right with you

They called me with an offer of a discount to have my dog groomed. I set up the appointment. Day i show up they never wrote it down. That's never going to happen again!

Went to get fish today, the "manager " Katie was so unbelievably rude, dismissive and just plain ignorant. A few fish had ick she actually said it was not contagious and it's fine. Of course after she thought we walked off she pulled them out. Either she doesn't care about the customers doesn't mind screwing them over or is that ignorant about fish. Her attitude is so bad she really needs to be fired immediately. It's sad that she is so unhappy at her job that she treats people that way but shame on the store for keeping her there. Don't get me wrong the rest of the staff is awesome! I'm sorry you have to put up with someone like that.

Abby is a very rude , she had a very disrespectful dimeanor. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time especially for a place with animals and where someone should be happy to take care of they’re pets . We bought crickets for our spider and they were very rude when I was trying to explain the way the trantula eats . Would not let me talk thought they know more then me , and I asked for they’re names and they would not tell me .
As I was checking out I went on google review and saw someone else’s one star review and she heard me say her name and got offended told me if I was going to report her I needed to leave . The worst part which is very wrong as my sister and I were leaving she shoulder checked my sister and tried to play it off very wrong of her as an employee I hope there is some kind of consequences for her or maybe someone higher will retrain her and reach her it’s not okay to treat customers that way . ( also no name tags were present ) I highly do not recommend this petsmart
