Albuquerque doesn't have a very good selection of truck stops. This is the second truck stop I’ve had with a negative experience, if you’re just spending the night it’s fine. If you’re stuck here for the weekend looking for cargo, then you’re very unlucky.

Your flying J location in Albuquerque New Mexico has to be the worst in the nation half of the pumps are not working and there is not even a technician out here fixing them traffic is backed up all the way to the street this is a safety hazard that will cause accidents we will specifically avoid using this location at any time in the future it is so terrible and the employees do not care neither does your 1 800 number to fix any of these problems this has been like this for literally 3 years or more when are you going to improve your facilities we know you make enough money thank you and have a wonderful day.

My husband & I have been traveling across the country in our motorhome for years. We purchase our gasoline at Flying J.Without exception, the grounds around the each Flying J are covered with dog feces. As someone who always picks up our dog’s waste, I know that this is not a hard thing to do. Dog feces is not biodegradable & can make dogs & humans sick. Flying J should make sure that their grounds are clear of dog feces. It’s disgusting & irresponsible. Since I have been observing this for so long, I can only surmise that the individual operators & the company could care less.

Women's Restroom was nasty, dirty floors, running water from the bottom of two toliets....Clean restrooms should be a top priority....

Any who would dare rate this Flying J as anything less than superior has standards I doubt ANY could meet. To find this level of service at any business in our current near dystopian societal mindset is so rare as to be unheard of and prior to setting foot upon their grounds, would have believed myself as likley to stroll upon a herd of unicorns. This review will be multi leveled and far more complex than my current caffeine level will allow me to properly articulate but rather than save it as a draft, I'm going to publish now and come back to it.For now, props thrown to Sergio for welcoming us as though we were long lost family coming home as opposed to the actuality of our being two random strangers rolling in from out of town; John, the store manager (and please do forward this to corporate as I wish to make sure they fully comprehend what a gem they uncovered when recruiting you for this position and whatever they offered you to sign wasn't nearly enough) for not only greeting us with a beaming smile that the twinkle in his eye guaranteed was in fact the genuine article, but also the for taking the time to speak with me and giving me his full attention when I asked if it was reasonable to presume he was the manager on duty. As an FYI, he was visibly multitasking and I noted his eyes scanning from po8nt to point checking thar everything was in order WHILE holding a lively conversation with several co-workers that demonstrated effective management skills I'm not sure I've seen in operation prior to this morning. Quite frankly, if my business had this gentleman at the helm, I can safely say I would dominate my financial sector within the year. Now that I think about it, I may just try to poach him if I can come up with an attractive enough offer. To be continued at some near future point...

I have been a pilot client for more than 10 years. I arrived at this pilot and the manager did not want to sell me an OTR710 map, totally rude. The owner of this pilot will lose a lot of money if he has this kind of person. My worst experience as a pilot.

Nasty store, not clean. Wrecked trucks in the parking lot, just a dump. Flying J should be ashamed.

The personnel? I’m not quite sure how to answer bc the woman at register was ‘ok’ with us? But we felt real bad for a guy having problems at the fuel pump, he came in twice that we seen, asking for help bc the pump was screwed up? That woman was rude to him like it was a problem to let her know there’s an issue out there & just kept blowing the guy off- unacceptable! Rude as hell! That alone deserves zero stars but they don’t allow that! *Store is pretty loaded up, bathrooms clean (didn’t use showers). Hot & cold on-the-go foods, snacks, souvenirs, Trucker lounge. Cement lot. Security guard in store, didn’t see any out in lot & man you guys need it outside, there’s some pretty shotty people begging coming up to trucks:/ Fuel lanes are crazy & trucks pulling in from opposite left us stuck for almost 15 mins trying to get through to park. Not a great visit…

I’ll give this place two stars for the new cashier and the manager on site. They both was very nice and tried to be helpful. I stopped here to take a shower and I must say it was EXTREMELY NASTY. I’m a trucker so my paid for shower, is a nice way to end my work day. Large chunks of hair and feces all in the toilet was a complete turn off for me! The place definitely made me feel more dirty than I did walking in! Please hire someone to clean and SANITIZE these bathrooms PROPERLY. Someone who understands the importance of cleanliness‼️The manager did come and “clean” a shower for me but it was not to my standards at all. The bottom of the toilet had hair and pee rings running down. The tissue holder had clunks of dirt and the fan on the wall was pushing out all the dust that was sitting on the fan. ? Not to mention the floors in the store was sticky and nasty. I wanted to get some dinner after I took a shower but I just went back to my truck and went to sleep hungry. If I wasn’t so tired from driving all day I would have find a different location to serve my needs.

Arrived at this truck stop yesterday evening. Parked and, after 15 minutes, a security guard approached, explaining I couldn't stay. I requested 5-7 minutes to plan a route to another location. The guard repeatedly shouted at me to shut up, then used explicit language, telling me to leave quickly. It's concerning—asking for a brief moment to plan a route shouldn't lead to such a response. I won't be using your truck stop again, and others might choose to ignore it as well.

I would like to make a complaint about an employee works at 9911 Avalon Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 . I went in that store on January 6 2024 Saturday at 00:32 , asked the big tall guy with stud pin on his chin to pump the gas on pump 23, I went out tried the pump which didn’t work,, then I went inside and told him. He blamed me to give him the wrong pump, and someone is already pumping the gas. I asked him if that guy is using my money. He said he doesn’t know and if does it’s my fault. I told him no I asked for pump 23 not 20. He say he’ll check,, I told him I clearly said 20 ,, you can check the camera(nicely),, then he suddenly getting rude and threatened me,, told me he’ll get the security guard to kick me,, and made fun of me at front of other customers. There was a drunk girl talking weird to me and the security guard was laughing while leaning by the counter,, I felt so disrespected ,, never ever wanna use pilot flying j ever again
