I have owned two KIAs in the last ten years (both Sorentos). I purchased the first one from Pitre and the second one from a private party. My experience in owning these two vehicles has been positive but the best thing has been the impeccable service I have received from the service department at Pitre Kia. They are efficient, friendly and extremely competent in their interaction with me and always make sure I know exactly what is going on with my vehicle. They always take the time for detailed explanations and also are great at suggesting different repair options. The scheduling of appointments in my case has been flawless and I've never had a communication misunderstanding in the ten years I have been a customer. On the one occasion that I had to leave my vehicle for a few days, they immediately arranged a rental with no annoying complications. I really can't speak highly enough about these guys and I would have no hesitation at all about recommending Pitre Kia to anyone!!! Absolutely great service!!

We had a great experience at Pitra Kia last week when we purchased our new Kia Sportage X Line hybrid. My husband and I felt very welcomed and informed by Amber, our excellent salesperson. She was very knowledgable, respectful and helpful, and made the process of purchasing our new car enjoyable and stress free. I would definitely recommend Pitre Kia, and particularly our salesperson Amber, to anyone in search of a Kia in New Mexico.

I was on a road trip from CO and had to be towed to Pitre Kia. They prioritized looking at my car, and were able to fix it quickly. Their waiting room was spacious, and Tim bought me a Coke! If it was closer to where I lived I would have my car serviced there all the time!

After leaving my initial 1 star review due to the poor service I received, I was contacted a few hours later by Eddie Elliot from Pitre Kia. He personally reached out to ask what happened and how he could make things right. Eddie went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and ensured that the issue was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the prompt response and the effort he put into resolving the situation. Thank you Eddie, for stepping up and turning my experience around.

The staff was friendly, professional, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.
