We had order a pizza with extra light sauce, it was delivered as extra sauce. This isn’t a big deal, we called to ask for it to be remade. Ryan, who answered the phone, was short and relatively unhelpful saying that the order appeared to be correct on his receipt. When we challenged that, they could have not sounded more irritated. They simply said, “we can remake that.” And hung up the phone. I had to recall to get an ETA or any other information, which ended up being an additional hour and a half. If a manager reads this, I record all my phone calls and am happy to give you my recording of the interaction.

On- line order of three different, buffalo chicken, it was just the right amount of spice, the deluxe too, and the gluten free crust was delicious. All pizzas were devoured in minutes, as everyone throughly enjoyed. I highly recommend them.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is delicious!

I have been purchasing my favorite pizza here since 2015. They consistently produce the best pizza with fresh toppings and a perfect crispy crust. There was a problem with my last order and the owner contacted me personally and made everything right. I recommend Pizza 9! Best pizza in town! Thank you Richard for your timely and courteous resolution!

I had the Italian roast beef sandwich. Served with au jus and Italian sauce. It was delicious and plentiful. I took half home with me and enjoyed 2 for 1 meals. I'd highly recommend this place. The guys were probably distracted when I first walked in because it took a while till I was noticed, but they more than made up for that afterward.
