I honestly have no idea how this place is still in business. Sure, there's some rather nice items for sale. Generally a bunch of good concrete garden items of decent value.. but I've been here several times. Today likely being the last. And that's because after 30+ minutes of me waiting and trying to find a way to make a purchase, I could find someone. I literally wasted close to an hour waiting for someone to talk to me, and I was the only one there. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I went over looking a bit grungy from doing a bunch of garden work and got no service, meanwhile you roll up in your Sunday's best you will get star treatment. Every experience I've had here has been a disappointment despite wanting to support local. At this point, I'll gladly look elsewhere.

We had been looking for a birdbath for a while but couldnt find one that we liked. One day we stumbled on Potteryland and found exactly what we wanted. In addition to birdbaths they have a great selection of outdoor tchotchkes at good prices.

Excellent service, super friendly but also lets you just browse and doesn't hard sell at all. Also they had a great selection, even though apparently they've got low stock right now. It's a lovely place!

I went here to replace a broken fountain part, but they sent me to Bosque Farms to pick the part instead of having the part shipped to the store. I got the part I needed, but the drive took me more that an hour and half round trip. On a positive note, I found a Buddha sculpture I really liked. If you're in the market for a fountain it's worth checking this place out

This outfit has a good variety of offerings. Just don't order anything from them. My sister ordered a concrete bench and despite promises of two weeks delivery, six weeks later, they haven't contacted her, and continue the two week promise, like a lucy holding the football for charlie brown.I went by to ask about replacing a broken birdbath basin. The guy at the counter took my name and address, stating that he would drop by on his way home to see it and offer what help he could determine. Never heard from the guy.I brought the basin to the store. They again took my name and number, having apparently lost or forgotten about me previously. They promised the owner would be in Monday and would call. Never heard from the guy.Notice the owners response. They taken my name, address and phone number twice, and have yet to use it. Then post on here, and the best they can do is say, "call me".They appear to have a decent selection. But don't rely on anything they say.

Parking lot has old concrete pot about 12” high. I ran into it and did significant damage to my car while trying to park. My complaint is how the owner handled the problem.1.) I did not expect the store to pay for the damage to my car. 2.) I waited about 10-15min to speak to someone. 3.) The employee (owner?) was not working with another customer. Rather, they were moving small items around the property and speaking with a relative. When the employee/owner eventually came to the counter he told me I needed to wait until he saw what another customer wanted and was checked out. (The other customer was not at the counter and had told me he was going to look around some more). At this point I told the employee/owner? That I was angry and wanted to show him something (The damage to my car). I told him I had a hit a pot on front that I wasn’t able to see. At this point he told me that I needed to watch where I was going. That he wanted my insurance info to file a claim.The pot was old. It was full of trash and weeds. It had obviously been hit before. I declined. At this point the employee owner became threatening.At this point I admittedly became irate. I admit I hit the pot. However, the location of the pot, pot height, and location made it impossible to see while sitting in my car.I did not go into the store irate. Rather I wanted to complain that the pot damaged my car and suggest that it be moved so that it didn’t happen again. At no time did I expect the store to pay for the damage.I did expect to be handled professionally. I expected to be treated with respect and the damage looked at. It was my hope that the employee/owner? Would agree that the pot should be moved. This business sells fountains and pottery. I believe my experience is a reflection on how problems are handled. That’s why I’m leaving the review.I suspect that customers are “outta luck” if there’s a problem.

Would give negative rating if available. Excuse after excuse as to why the fountain ordered and half paid for months ago has not been delivered. Request to cancel order & obtain refund was denied "because it is out of their hand. Poor business practice. Seeking legal intervention
