Power Ford recently did a 30,000 mile check on my Mach-e. They offered valet service and performed the service while i was at work so I didn't miss work. They email you with all information on the car’s status. Always courteous.

Engine issue, covered by warranty. Good communication and updates. Repair took 10 days, but that was the warranty company delay. Brooke was very good at Ford.

Power Ford's service team is spectacular! The offer a vehicle pickup and drop-off service that makes it easy to get my truck serviced, with me having to take time off of work. I am a newer customer (bought my truck in June) but I am thrilled with the truck, the sales team, and the amazing service team(especially the pickup and drop-off feature). Thank you
