“We have been customers for 45 years. In recent years Haskell, our delivery driver, has taken great care to inspect our equipment each time he comes. He and AJ have done a great job of maintaining and repairing our systems. Recently Haskell detected a leaky regulator on one of our tanks and he alerted AJ who came and replaced it that day. Several years ago they put a nice paint job on both our tanks. Ferrellgas is serving our propane needs very well thanks to guys in the field like Haskell and AJ and office personnel who are very responsive and informative.”

“Yesterday was an intense moving day for us. We called this location because we realized that we didn’t purchase a lock at the original pick up location. Josh answered and was super friendly. He shared his expertise on which lock would be best. Upon arrival he had placed it aside waiting for us. That was Above & Beyond! Then, we ran into some issues with the lock (we had reset it on accident), the manager Will came to assist us. We offered to purchase another lock. It was5 mins from the first purchase. He courtesy replaced the lock & set us up with a new one. He walked us through setting a new code word. He was empathetic & very patient.
The entire experience lasted about 10 mins, but impacted & shifted what was an intense day to becoming more manageable.
