We purchased a brand new CX-50 a few months ago and we love it. But, when we came in for our first oil change, the service department told us that we didn't have a basic maintenance package on our vehicle and wanted $95 for the oil change. Our sales guy, Ben Vigil, repeatedly told my wife and I that we wouldn't have to worry about oil changes for 2 years or X amount of miles on a new vehicle purchase. I tried reaching out to him over the last week and he has not responded to me. Pretty disappointing situation. I will be contacting Mazda directly about the issue and let them know what happened.

I just want to take a moment to thank our EXCELLENT salesperson, Sergio M. We test-drove a CX-30 yesterday and while the engine and comfort were great, we decided our family needs something a little more rugged. That being said, we've been to several other local dealerships and Sergio is BY FAR THE BEST SALESPERSON WE HAVE WORKED WITH!!! If I could take him with me to every other car dealership I would. Not only is he a wealth of knowledge due to his previous experience as a mechanic, but he is down-to-earth and honest. If you're looking at Mazdas, definitely talk to Sergio!

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and promptly acknowledge by the very busy service advisor. He confirmed my online appointment and service needed. He sent a link to my phone to track the progress of the maintenance performed by the technician. Shortly after that he came to the waiting room to finalized the process. Everything was smooth and without any issues. This was my first service appointment and look back to the same high level of service I received the day of my visit.

I have had the same service advisor twice and both times he was rude when I pulled in. I have a four year old CX 5 with less than 33,000 miles and my blind side sensors stopped working. It was not covered by the warranty anymore and it cost almost $2,000 to fix it. The reason I buy a new car every 8 years or so is so I don’t have to put out large amounts of money for repairs. First and last Mazda for me.

Took my 80-year-old parents to look at CX5s. They wanted something smaller than their Toyota Highlander. Our experience with Xavi Lujan was troublesome. We walked onto the lot that clearly states Salesman free zone, but Xavi came out anyway. Xavi showed us some of the cars on the lot and suggested we go in to look at incoming inventory. My parents and I had our masks on. Xavi did not put his mask on, and we asked him to do so. He kind of did, but he did not cover his nose, pointless really. I could tell my parents were nervous. This was November 2021 and my mom had just broken her wrist. Urgent care was a nightmare because Covid 19 and hospitalization rates were skyrocketing. As a result, New Mexico had a Mask Mandate in place. Technically it's the law for him to be wearing a mask indoors. After we left, my parents let me know that they would not be interested in working with Xavi in the future. As salesmen do, Xavi texted me updates on CX5s. Recently I let him know that they would not be buying a car from him for the reasons I explained above. I was going to let it go until he texted back "If they are that worried, they should stay home". It made me angry, and I responded, "or stay away from idiots". Not proud of that but I find it hard to understand how a salesperson did not have the common courtesy to just put on a mask.

My infatuation for the Miata goes back to 1989-90. This was the first time I had spied a Miata and it was love at first sight. I was 18 at the time and did not have the ability to purchase this adorable car but my desire to own one never left me. Fast forward 30 years to 2019 when my husband and I decided we would just "go look". Famous last words. When we pulled up to the lot it was like a beacon of sunshine highlighting my car with flashy lights and blinking signs that said HELLO! PICK ME! HERE I AM! I worked with James and he let me test drive the car and even offered for me to take it home and try it out for the night. Oh James, you read the desires of my heart. Honestly this car had me at Hello. We signed the papers the next day and I am now the proud owner of my dream car. Yes, the Miata is my dream car. For the almost 3 years that I have owned my Mazda-rati I have always taken it to Quality Mazda for annual check ups and oil changes. The Service Advisor "Squid" is the best! He is always so friendly, helpful and communicative. Nothing but the best for my baby!
